MAKING PRESS RELEASES IN TIMES OF GREAT UPHEAVAL.

There was a press release by the Ketua-ketua Cawangan UMNO Bahagian Jerlun dated 28 May in respect of whole hearted supporting and understanding the actions of Tun in leaving UMNO in the interest of strengthening UMNO by alerting the leadership of UMNO to withdraw and consequently allow a new leadership to take over so that the transitional process be implemented immediately to prepare for GE 13. see http://bigdogdotcom.wordpress.com/2008/05/28/kenyataan-media-ketua-ketua-cawangan-u

This press release should have contained signatures to be more credible. However understanding the forces of terrorism in place in UMNO today, it’s best for all that their names and signatures remain anonymous. However I would take the press release in good faith as a genuine effort in making the truth known unless there are objections.

Similar press releases, if found reasonably genuine by Big Dog, should also be published.

THE CHOICE

A pro-Mukhriz blog pondered about his choice to remain in UMNO and to fight from within. Below was my response to him.

A target has been set, not an easy one especially when it involves a most acute & difficult task in bringing down the only despicable PM in our history, what more when he has all available resources at his disposal. Tun’s temporary move is an eye opener as well as a ground breaker while Mukhriz staying within has his justification.

I am not an UNMO member but I was a firm supporter of the form of governance under the BN structure. However much have changed since PM took over and his form of governance never stood up to my expectations since day 1; how could professionals in the field of good corporate governance endorse his weak leadership shrouded in nepotism? The Government has introduced the best practices in good corporate governance for the corporate entities to comply. One could easily observe hypocrisies from the leadership which are inconsistent with the reforms it advocates; simply it means that the leadership is up to no good. Such poor governance advocated by the 1st Family has no place in our beloved country lest we want our country destroyed. So to me, not being in UMNO, the best way to advocate for PM’s dismissal is by spreading the gross misdeeds of the 1st Family, the gross deceits and the dangers they pose in destroying of the country by word of mouth, in the blogs and distribute hard photocopies for onward distribution and reading for many others. Finally, to make the appropriate decision together with the other Silent Majority at the ballot polls when due.

It is no easy task to even convince die hard “gurkas” who have been in UMNO for many golden years who are so obedient to UMNO’s leadership. Fortunately in one case, with the concerted help of relatives and close friends, we have managed to convincingly expose the many “shit” of the present leadership and now the UMNO grass root member has opened her eyes, she on her part will try convincing others.

You have made your choice and that entail continuing your struggles together your associates from within UMNO to ensure the target is finally achieved; it’s a long and bruising battle but no doubt it will eventually be achieved. Asking friends as well as UMNO members to response to Che Det’s blog is the easiest of task; with more positive responses, Che Det energies will be boosted and deserve the credit due.

A weaken party with its President constantly under siege and won’t listen to the ground will continue making numerous mistakes. Further mistakes could also be easily prompted by the grassroots themselves to ensure that such weak leadership cannot function comfortably against the interest of the majority without watching it‘s every step and back. The leadership has made a lot of mistakes and many issues remained unaddressed that some would need to be given special focus.

For your age group and your support for Mukhriz, an issue of critical significance in which UMNO grassroots are already restless is the wayang kulit of Ezam’s and other PKR’s recent re-entry into UMNO. Many questions are being asked and these will be reflected by deeds rather than twisted tongues in the days, weeks and months to come. Keep these “bastards” in check and arouse the grassroots, eventually the masters of these “bastards” will have to come out forth.

Some actions proposed

1. As reported in tunkuaisha’s blog, joining Ezam will be seven other former PKR youth chiefs. They are

- Annuar Shaari (former PKR Youth chief for Permatang Pauh and private secretary to party de facto leader Anwar Ibrahim),

- SD Johari Mohd Yasin (former Selangor PKR Youth chief),

- Mohd Nazmi Rosli (former Selangor PKR Youth secretary),

- Ahmad Daud Che Ghani (former PKR Perlis Youth chief),

- Azwan Din Hamzah (former PKR Youth executive council member),

- Khairul Annuar Ramli (former PKR Kedah Youth chief) and

- Abdul Ghani Haron (former PKR Youth executive councillor member).

As at time of writing Annuar’s Shari has been accepted in. As one of my Chinese friends alerted me by SMS upon hearing the news “What’s going on? By the time its over, KL will be in Singapore and vice versa”.

2. You and your networking could easily find out who brought them in, why did they come in and what the wayang kulit is all about? Expose them critically. Some conspiracy theories have also come forward and needs focus:

i) The former head of Gerak in joining UMNO hopes to eradicate graft and he saw “no other formula can realize this quest” ie PM’s proposed reform for the ACA. What was his significant contribution in Gerak and his detail achievements? Was his moving out of PKR a well planned pre-empted move?

ii) Does one need to join a party just to ensure his wonderful ideals is realized, noting that the ACA regulatory institution will not be accountable to Parliament making it will be like a big white dick that cannot stand erect? He has not been offered any position. Come on mate, do you need to believe all these shit? Follow and trace their every movement and find out the works of this secret society within UMNO and then expose them up!!!!

iii) I remembered Mukhriz saying anything goes at the youth movement so long as the Prince of Darkness gives his approval irrespective of what the movement says. I would believe the Prince of Darkness’ toothless fangs had the big say in allowing this penetration of ex-DSAI buggers. This should provide a most thorny issue to be optimally capitalized at the AGMs coming soon this July.

iv) Ezam was an ardent critique of UMNO during his many years with DSAI. The Prince of Darkness has his mentor in DSAI ever since before. DSAI has never publicly attacked the Prince of Darkness. Could Ezam and his teammates from ex-PKR have been coaxed into UMNO be a political agenda developed by the Prince of Darkness (perhaps in cohorts with DSAI) to enhance his continued sustenance in UMNO with a group of paid “thugs”? Was this returning into the UMNO fold a long thought out strategy by the Prince of Darkness who has nobody’s interest at hand except his?

v) The Prince of Darkness will unlikely stand for the Ketua Pemuda position because he will likely loose due to the many disasters he caused etc. As his possible proxy, will Ezam be paraded “naked” before all and for his pole to be recommended for the Ketua Pemuda post? Will the Prince of Darkness suffice for the No. 2 post as is the present case where Hishamuddin is but his mouth piece? The state of sickly governance under PM will continue. Know then why PM will not resign this coming AGM, why he refuses to announce the date of transition of power? His objective has always been for the interest of his family first and in this case to give ample breathing space to a useless young SIL blamed for much of BN’s losses.

vi) Ezam's entrance into UMNO and his statement stating his support for PM’s reform policy clearly states that UMNO's struggle today is no different than PKR. Noting he is weak and fragile, PM wants his legacy continued under his SIL, the ruthless Prince of Darkness. Can UMNO members still not see the dangers lurking within the party? Has PM’s reforms been simply concocted to make SIL the eventual benefactor?

vii) A conspiracy theory I once upheld – talks between pemuda UMNO, PAS and PKR in the greater interest of the Malays were recently initiated. My view was what was the necessity to bring PKR into the talks as PKR cannot represent the Malays? DSAI had planted his ex-punks in PAS. My suspicion then was these youths (between those closely or previously close with DSAI) were to come to some mutual understanding supposedly in the greater interest of the Malays but its real objective was to bridge the gaps in the greater interest of the Prince of Darkness and DSAI . Remember an earlier initiative to merge UMNO and PAS was out rightly rejected by a former ex-DSAI strongman in PAS. Now with the advent of these former PKR youth chiefs into UMNO, what’s the agenda? Anyone can make some conspiracy theories but they all point to one direction sooner or later – the imminent destruction of UMNO and of its original ideals. Perhaps this is what is Tun really meant that PM is the “Pemimpin Pemusnah”

I strongly advocate that the advent of these ex-PKR punks into UMNO needs much focus and scrutiny and it should be among the most explosive issues to be brought out during the UMNO elections should some of the conspiracy theories crystallize by then. You and your net working as true spirited UMNO members could do the most damage to these bunch of bandits made up of the PM, the Prince of Darkness (and other members of the 1st Family and the 4th Floor punks), DSAI and the so-called ex-PKR defectors. So provide the awful arsenal for members to raise the issue at the AGMs and to counter act whatever SPIN and arm twisting by the Prince of Darkness and his protégées. I am sure many disgruntled grassroots will be rushing to your assistance. It would be real sickening to see comptemporaries in UMNO being arm twisted by money politics and watching their ideals slowly diminishing by the day. Come on mate, take up the challenge as one of the many that you have; it surely is in furtherance of your stated objective of 'Tanduk Seladang Dalam Daging' that is Pak Lah to resign from the UMNO Presidency and from the PM-ship of the country.

WELCOMING THE GOVERNMENT’S DRIVE TO ENGAGE BLOGGERS

Najib quote & unquote: “We need to have people who are active participants of the new media, who are sympathetic and understanding of the government’s position. The best thing to do is to engage them. Hopefully they will understand our perspective,” he added.

Reading between the lines of Najib’s words, I have the following comments

  1. Whatever “Freedom of the Press” advocated for the MSM by the Prince of Darkness, as expected, has not changed the people’s perspective on the type of news and views presented by the Government. The people will continue seeking whatever else seem interesting in the alternative media which perhaps will give them much comfort and palatable to their sentiments. The proposed reform thus presented by the Prince of Darkness on press freedom has fallen short of its propaganda effects and may have instead backfired.

  1. “Sympathetic and Understanding of the Government’s position:” is an understatement. Bloggers may misinterpret such statements as unattainable. While some bloggers may at times sympathize, understand or even appreciate some of the Governments actions, merely endorsing without criticism may be detrimental to the interest of the nation as well as their believes. For example, the exhumation of the 20 year old Tun Salleh Abas case and the Royal Commission in respect the Lingam Video Tapes are continually being perceived by many as personal and unjustified attacks against TDM under the guise of populist judiciary reforms. In such pursuit, it’s a fallacy that our legal system could be recognized as the epitome in the world. The Government has been considered wholesomely sickly in undertaking such false actions and wasting the people’s resources and trust, detrimental to our Rule of Law. How can the bloggers and the people be sympathetic and understandable of the Government’s acts of high handedness when the Executive is perceived playing “dirty” politics rather than working in the immediate and long term interest of the people?

  1. The need to engage bloggers is an indirect admission that the Government is continuously loosing its support base but wishes to push the blame on bloggers. It’s just like the same leadership denying itself as the principal SOURCE for the blundering losses of the GE12. Until and unless the Government stops playing poodle with the 1st Family, the perception of the poor state of governance emanating with such unbearable stench from the country’s 1st Family will continue unabatedly and whatever reforms introduced to improve the state of governance will come to naught.

  1. However I would agree with the DPM for challenging and defending himself against the allegations against him and now his wife in the blogs. He has to redeem and seek justice for himself and his wife irrespective whether he does or does not play a greater role in future. It is his basic right though I must admit that the further he isolates and stands away from the 1st Family, the negative perception against him would be reduced as many would be more sympathetic and appreciative.

In respect of brother Rocky’s comments

  1. Number and type of bloggers – The data presented may no longer be relevant because the composition and the perspectives of the various blogs should have significantly changed after the results of 8 March because of the influx on blogging arising from unprecedented attention and concern over the political uncertainties and the sensitivities emerging.

  1. “Umno/pro-Umno bloggers are too critical of the party's leadership. Many are actually anti-Badawi and his policies, promises, and practices” Combined with Najib’s concerns as mentioned earlier, the statement suggest that most UMNO bloggers are against the Government’s initiations under PM. It could further suggests that support for the country’s leadership continues to falter and that such support from the main political party, UMNO (and its grassroots) is indeed most uncertain albeit diminishing to the brink of extinction or irrelevance.

  1. UMNO bloggers are not actually anti-government but are expressing emphatically that PM’s policies, promises and practices are inconsistent with the best interest of UMNO and BN. Indeed PM’s wobbly establishment is so heavily infested on self interest, money politics and deceit that any action emanating from that household would be viewed negatively. PM is so weak that he reacts and is being lead rather than taking the lead and even when he tries to take lead, the standing perception is that he will consistently refer to the person on his left for directions.

Against such backdrop, no wonder the pro-Government bloggers are small. In the meantime, the bloggers welcomes the Government’s engagement drive.

PEMIMPIN PEMUSNAH & RULE OF LAW

My comments to two of Che Det’s posting are as follows

PEMIMPIN PEMUSNAH

Tun

I totally agree with all Tun has said, I have expressed them many times too except that Tun said them more precise and nobly articulated.

The grassroots will have to decide the fate of the party UMNO and BN; otherwise the Silent Majority will make the deadly decision comes the next general election.

Without fear and favor, the people of Malaysia must be reminded repeatedly of the internal and external dangers confronting the country due to the present weak leadership and poor governance.

RULE OF LAW

The Rule of Law prevailing in our country today is quite similar to the type of democracy practiced and interpreted by the US Administration – if you are in cohorts with them, then whatever type of democracy will be accepted, but if you are not with them, you will be condemned and your system will be branded undemocratic and unacceptable. It is systematic chaos under the guise of greater freedom.

Whatever system in the Rule of Law we have to-day in this country is advanced by a group of young punks, a back door law minister (found corrupt by UMNO itself) and the Apex that listens not to the needs of the ground but only those who surround him so that he can feel good and continue sleeping. Little of the rich heritage in our past is of value to these people so long as their own personal gains are protected and assured; they care little of laws in the country.

What good can we expect in the Rule of Law when the country’s present system of governance is so poorly administered and tainted by the negative indulgence of the 1st Family?

Keep up the pressure, Tun, for the Silent Majority is solidly with you.

ANOTHER ELECTION THIS YEAR?

As posted Kudakepang blog yesterday, my comment was as follows.

Should there be a snap election sometime later this year, I am certain UMNO will see its demise if it still doesn’t heed clear message from GE12 that “Pak Lah (and his family) must go”.

UMNO’s fate is in the hands of its grass roots and if they don’t do their responsible duty, then the Silent Majority will deal the deadly blow since the call for “Pak Lah (and his family) must go” will ever be stronger.

Yes, as the false law minister has said, the Malays will be united but unfortunately not under UMNO but against UMNO (if it is still under the leadership of PM) and for sure the Silent Majority will want the said false minister out too.

AND ON “BATALKAN IR”

My reply to his proposal that the IR Project be terminated was:

SETUJU DIBATALKAN. IR satu projek yang amat mengecewakan lagi merbahayakan negara.

GOVERNMENT BANS SALE OF FUEL TO FOREIGN CARS

In reply to tunkuaisha blog yesterday

I am sure the Minister could have given a “license to kill” the tourist industry if those coming into the country for tourism purposes are not allowed filling in their tanks at the 200-300 petrol stations and that such an attitude is arrogant of a friendly country like Malaysia. What’s there to stop foreign cars from siphoning petrol & diesel from their Malaysian friends’ vehicles and for Malaysian vehicles to drive in the neighboring countries to dump petrol & diesel there? Perhaps some form of restriction at the point of entry and departure would be more appropriate. Border crossings should be further enhanced long the borders. Restrictions on vehicles from SINGAPORE should be equally mentioned unless control at the border crossing is deemed adequate.

Prejudice should also not be imposed on size of engine for motor vehicles bought a good number of years ago

MASIH ADA PEMIMPIN UMNO MAHU EZAM KEMBALI

My reply to Bigdog com. Blog yesterday

Wayang Kulit, itu saja.

Birds of a feather flock together, if Ezam is considered not a good fellow generally by UMNO grassroots and if he is brought back in, then those who want to bring him back are also no good fellows too. These no good fellows are up to mischief, maybe there is truth in the rumors going around that come September 08, the 1st Family will have consummated with DSAI. If that happens, I hope to watch the ghastly faces of the grassroots then.

But Ezam’s re-acceptance into UMNO gives a very good indicator and precedence to those who wish to leave UMNO as suggested by Mantan PM. Precedence would have again been created (remember the case of the law Minister that came in the back way and caused so much stench in the Cabinet); the UMNO leadership is so weak that it cannot think straight; those who leave can be assured being accepted back and perhaps get better positions in UMNO.

So better follow Tun’s advice and leave UMNO conditionally in big numbers – UMNO is no longer fighting for its original ideals; it is owned by the PM and his family fighting for their own self interest.

THE ENEMY WITHIN

My reply to Rocky Bru’s blog yesterday

To-day super planes and other high tech expensive armories with big precision bombs cause so much destruction, annihilation and much collateral damage that are unacceptable to mankind. The war is won not from the air or sea but on the ground by the people determined. The wars in Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, Hezbollah vs Israel are but some examples.

Even if we ever do match our defenses with those from Singapore, we may loose if there is “the enemy within”. The best case in local history was the fall of Malacca where the cause was blamed on a woman’s passion; there was treachery within our midst.

In the event of the inevitable, Singapore does invade Malaysia, we the people will beat them back with our determination and souls against any occupation on the assumption we are united and not lean towards merely Jihad (the call for battle) but the greater Jihad (the fight against selfishness etc in overcoming one’s base desires).

.

To-day Malaysia is unlikely to fall to Singapore because of jihad but because there are amongst the population who succumb to their base desires of greed for money, wealth, “women, wine and song”, lust for power, position, personal interest etc against the better interest of our country; they are simply called traitors. Some of these could already be prevalent in the case of IR, Pulau Batu Putih, sale of certain portions of nation’s strategic investments, case of the crooked bridge just to name a few. Insider information and not sending a credible team to challenge, are they not sabotages, examples of treachery?

I recently attended a financial investment seminar where the speakers being professional investment managers directly blamed the present weakling Executive for the doldrums in the market and the continued deterioration of the economy. As our economy deteriorates and our position to negotiate falters to the brink, we will continue loosing to Singapore.

Aren’t those not calling for immediate leadership transition not the real “enemies within” when the facts are so plain to see – those wanting the weakling to stay on are merely kidding themselves for their selfish personal interest?; Singapore need not to lift a finger to beat off Malaysia, anytime and anywhere when the two leadership share so much “love” for each other and where treachery lurks rampantly.

HUSAM (PAS) WANTS PM TO STEP DOWN

My reply to tunkuaisha”s blog made yesterday.

The PAS leadership has been clamoring for PM to resign for sometime and I would assume their concerns are genuine because of PM’s starkly weak leadership bringing much chaos and uncertainty to the country. Tun and Mukhriz has been lauding this urgent call from within and outside UMNO. DAP, the nemesis of UMNO and BN, has been apparently silent and protective of PM. PKR adviser is PM in waiting while most of non-Melayu in PKR are like the DAP in wanting PM to continue, hungry for more ridiculous reforms and time to strengthen their positions. UMNO grassroots would be “bodoh gila” if they still can’t interpret what needs to be done. UMNO MT is a sham to the Malays in continuing shielding this weakling in the name of adat and respect; they still can’t even differentiate between the urgent needs of the Party and the President. For sure the Malays will abandon UMNO if the party still has PM and his 1st Family at the helm.

It is with pride that we find in this country the Executive, under the guise of hate politics and personal vested interests raised a 20 year old dead case in dancing to the tune the Bar Council and the Opposition in the pursuit of judiciary reform. Next, the Executive articulated the formation of the Royal Commission for the Lingam Video Tapes to successfully bring up into the open the guilt of lobbying.

There are those of the public who believes the Executive is honest and forthright in pursuing such reforms while there are many more who believe that the Executive has been oppressive while abusing the people’s resources to bolster its fledging image.

PULAU BATU PUTIH

When I heard the news that the ICJ decision would be telecast live from the Haque on the dispute on the Pulau Batu Putih between Malaysia and Singapore, I already smelled a RAT. I had my suspicion and feared that the so close personal relationship between the Singapore Government and PM and his team of advisers led by SIL would sooner than later jeopardize National interest. Some prior knowledge of an imminent decision should be known well in advance by the disputing parties especially when there are 15 members in the decision making council. Was Putrajaya truly honest with the populace?

Irrespective of the legalities contained in the judgment, the Malaysian population had been HAD. Could you imagined the populace especially the more affected parties like the fishermen who were captivated watching the telecast live honestly hoping for decision favorable to the Nation. Singapore was joyous but to many Malaysians we were pounded to believe that we did not loose all.

The House of Badawi is filled and smelled of Rats as far as I am concern. Another tome stone indeed it is for the House of Badawi, this time made from the rocks of Pulau Batu Putih.

IF THERE IS ANOTHER ELECTION COME SEPTEMBER 2008.

There are some who envisage there will be another election come September as a consequence of Tun Mahathir’s (Tun) strategic move to conditionally leave UMNO.

This article looks a proposed course of action to be taken to counter the bias reporting of the MSM under the concept of “Freedom of the Press” on Tun’s move as well as the Silent Majority’s possible response in the event another general election in September comes true.

Media Coverage – The utter bias coverage by the MSM on Tun’s conditional leaving UMNO is all but expected. The hypocrisy of MSM will be of the highest degree advanced under “Freedom of the Press”. However it signals that we should be aggressive in our own dissemination of pertinent facts and information following some examples how the DAP had photocopied articles for circulation on supposed injustices in BN in particular regarding the plundering of t he 1st Family to procure the votes of an already agitated mainly Chinese Silent Majority and the other races fed up with the bias reporting of the MSM.

The loyal supporters, in upholding the true ideals and principles of UMNO, should embark on an aggressive concerted pr exercise in exposing

- the scams by the UMNO leadership to assist other members who easy access to pertinent facts and information

- the injustices, plundering, blunders and dangerous consequences and ramifications of the populist policies of the top 1st Family example the many exploitations, the misuse and destruction of Judiciary Process to settle scores, the hypocrisies expounded by people like Musa Hitam on governance when the country’s state of governance is a humiliation with the perpetuation of the 1st Family in overall state matters – a sham I never had expected of our country as it advances into the future. What good are reforms if the people feel jeopardize?

- the overall weak leadership with yes men to be led rather than lead and their relevant examples in succumbing to the wishes of the minority to secure favors against the interest of religion (the use of the word Allah, conversion flip flops etc), inability to have good relations with the Royalty, the misuse and destruction of the Judiciary system in unearthing a 20 year dead case, the false pretences in advocating the epitome of justice by the President’s men etc

- the differences and the failures/ deviations of the President (of course the 1st Family) in upholding the original principles and policies of UMNO while advancing personal family interest which the people and the royalty cannot accept. UMNO is not owned by the House of Badawi!!!!

- the dangerous procurement of new youth members with past associations with DSAI, what happen to existing UMNO youth members, are they all dysfunctional?

- the many gruesome plots initiated by the Executive, some apparently appear to be in mutual co-operation with the Opposition against our beloved Tun

- the individual detail profile of those yes men who should be rejected by the voters because the Silent Majority despises their presence

- the specter of deceit, intimation and mass money politic brought about by the Executive and the 1st Family to sustain power etc

SPIN, SPIN & SPIN, that’s the game.

All these must be shown working against interest of the Nation, Party and Religion. These publications should be brief, to the point, critical, honest, and objective and yet reader friendly; they should able to effectively communicate the appropriate messages to the general segment of the grassroots. The effective distribution offers an awesome challenge to the MSM and Alternative Media ensuring the similar effect of the unexpected defeats in GE12. The recent letters by Tun as posted in his blog Che Det are good examples that should be followed by script writers. Such effective dissemination should be done both openly or discreetly is to spread the truth in countering the propaganda unleashed in deceit by the Executive and tantamount to the people’s anger against the Executive.

“Whose fault is it this current crisis?” It takes two hands to clap, so people say and in this case with the massive commotion, disruptions, and disagreements etc all the plentiful hands should take blame but the difference could be in respect of their good intentions.

The 3 personalities, Tun, PM and DSAI present upon the Silent Majority the following choices

a) Tun, uninterested in becoming PM, advances his belief that the present Executive needs to resign soonest to make way for a new leadership and that UMNO reverts to its original ideals for its betterment as well as that of BN in the greater interest of the rakyat.

b) PM, defiant he has still has majority control to lead the country but in reality succumbs to pressures from within and outside the party. His pro reforms agenda does not appeal to many in his party. Thus in self delusion, he listens not to the ground but to the many bigots surrounding him who are bleeding the party to self-destruction. He presents himself that he needs to stay on as the Executive because he has a lot of work to do. The transition plan that he was to announce remains unannounced. To many he is merely a mouth piece of his family and those of the 4th Floor boys. The abuse of power by the 1st Family has and still is so apparent that the rakyat would want nothing else but his ouster.

c) DSAI, the PM in waiting. Capitalizing on the protest votes, he assumes he can take on the country’s leadership role amidst the supposed demise of UMNO and BN. His party and political associates represent a marriage of convenience without any proof of an effective coalition and administrative capability. He represents nothing more than chaos riding on the unhappiness of the rakyat.

It is well known that PM and DSAI are loved by those who wish to see the demise of UMNO and BN. Thus, the Silent Majority are unlikely to endorse these two personalities and their cult and thus Tun’s option as an alternative to UMNO and BN looks appealing when the time comes. Below is the Silent Majority’s likely overview of each of the 3 personalities.

1. Religion & Statesmanship

Tun – His fight for Islam has been credited and accepted internationally that the Muslim (including 3rd world) countries have only but high respect for him as a world class leader and statesman. For sure, when one goes to Islamic countries like Indonesia and Palestine and to Saudi Arabia for the Hajj, the citizens of those countries regard Malaysia as synonymous with Tun and one gets the fullest of respect. Similarly, with 3rd world countries. Under his administration, he built and preserved the sanctity of Islam in this country while respecting the rights of the other religions. He need not give in to the demands from the minority religions just to win favors from them and he knows how sensitive the religion is to the majority of the population. For a multi-racial and religious society like Malaysia, he understands without fear and favors the need to have a strong government to preserve the peace and tranquility. Perhaps he maybe construed as a tyrant or dictator by some but to others such notions are but bias and with full of prejudice. He is also not liked by the US and Israel nor many western countries and their institutions like the IMF, AWSJ, Time etc including the barbarians at the gate namely the hedge funds type like the infamous George Soros ready to rape and destroy the country.

PM - His Islam Hadhari was concocted amidst the intention to win over Kelantan. For those who claim themselves religious but yet intentionally cause harm and damage to the religion, the deepest of hell have been reserved for them. For obvious reasons, PM cannot be portrayed as an Islamic leader with international recognition and not able to carry forth his vision for Islam Hadhari. Perhaps with Allah’s assistance, PAS handed him the worst defeat in Kelantan and extended their victories elsewhere without the need of massive funds, material luring, intimidation and deceit; many thanks to his Islam Hadhari as well as his and SIL arrogance. In trying to win the favors of the minority, he advocates more freedom and thus lax on the sanctity of Islam. Internationally, Malaysia is loosing fast its place as a leader of the Islamic faith and 3rd world countries, thanks to the short sightedness of PM. Respect is earned by deeds and not inherent to the position of authority. He cannot be compared at all with the statesmanship of Tun even if PM is given another 15 years to lead; he doesn’t have the caliber nor understand good governance or statesmanship because his decisions, more often than not, are influenced by his love for his family and extended families at the expense of the State.

DSAI – Because of his past history from being an ABIM leader to his ouster as DPM etc, I have a very prejudiced opinion of him. He is currently a visiting professor for a US University, Chairman of the Foundation of the Future and has close association with the US Administration. He is an acclaimed devout Muslim by the former US deputy defense minister, named as 100 most influential persons by Time Magazine and regarded as the future PM of Malaysia by Israel. God forbid, I will never trust my religion and state in his hands.

2. Party –UMNO

Tun – He had indeed fought courageously for his race, build the many institutions which helped the Malays and righteously believed in the original aims of UMNO to lead the Malays and the country under BN. He has generally has good relations with the Council of Rulers and respect them for their place in our constitution. He believes that with political dominance, the Malays while giving due respect to the other races, will lead the country to greater heights. I know no one more selfless than Tun in protecting the wellbeing of his race under UMNO.

PM - Can’t think any good he did for UMNO. Perhaps his poor leadership skills have brought UMNO to its worst state in its history. While PM’s yes men would consider Tun as ‘duri dalam daging’, I would put PM as the person wholly responsible and accountable for the continuing divisions in UMNO, not Tun. His hall mark of personal family interest first before the Party, the massive plundering and use of money politics, deviation from the original objectives of UMNO has indeed messed up the Party and country. Being arrogant and bodoh sombong, he and his family will be the cause of the ultimate destruction of UMNO should the imminent happen.

DSAI – He cannot be trusted with whatever he says, he is a chameleon. I confessed I am so utterly prejudiced about him that I care not to believe with whatever he says. A leopard cannot change its spot so does a traitor to the state.

3. Country/ Nation

Tun – Much has already been said about Tun as an astute statesman of international standing. His grit in governance has helped saved the country during the Financial Crises of the 97. The 22 years of governance is responsible for bringing the country to what it is today, one that is admired by the other developing and Islamic countries. Much more can be said about Tun but I need not elaborate.

PM – A big sham, no more Mr Clean as we are aware of the massive plundering of the Nation’s wealth by the 1st Family and associates. He has yet to give explicit explanations on the much exploitation involving the 1st Family and so the cloud of guilt overhangs his ugly governance.

DSAI – His removal as DPM and FM following his mishandling of the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis is enough to demonstrate his inability to lead the Nation. I wouldn’t know whether I could afford to walk around with my clothes on if the barbarians managed to rape the wealth of this Nation.

In the Event of an general election

Tun has made his strategic move by conditionally leaving UMNO and there are many probabilities of what could happen. Thus should there is a general election be held in September as envisaged by DSAI, the ultimate say will then fall back onto the hands of the electorates while the UMNO elected representatives can only but cry wolf. The electorate is wise enough to decide what the best is for their future. Under siege the Malays will be united but UMNO will be divided and fall if PM and his cronies are still at the behest. Consequently, I would expect the Silent Majority to vote out UMNO and BN unless PM resigns and I am sure Tun is well aware of such consequences. PM and his family will be caught with their pants down and every where they turn, the hangman waits with the noose; we will have the making of our own “Ferdinald Marcos” ignominy.

All Praise be to Allah, The One God, the Most Merciful and Compassionate, there is no gods but God, the All Mighty. We, the Ummah, constantly seek His Guidance and way out in these times of great treachery and chaos. God will not change the fate of a Nation unless the Nation decides so. There is much to do before the time comes.

FREEDOM OF THE PRESS

The Edge Financial Daily in its editorial today (22/0/08) takes a look at the man (TDM) who started it all (current political turmoil) and likens him to a leopard that never changes its spots, as per Maaysian Insider. Perhaps our beloved TDM fights like a leopard to bring justice to the people. Perhaps it’s true that to kill the Prince of Darkness and his goon of vampires is to use the silver bullets and hard sharp edged wood and shaft/ pierce them right into their hearts. In this context, the silver bullet and wooden stakes represents TDM’s call for all to temporary leave UMNO. More silver bullets and wooden stakes are being garnered by the day as more follow TDM’s foot steps. The Silent Majority is stuffing silver bullets and wooden stakes into the big cannons for the final kill.

That 32 year old Oxford graduate need not physically be at 4th Floor to orchestrate the orgies against the population of Malaysia; he has and will always be the one calling the cards so long as the father-in-law still holds the reign. He is the last S.O.B to rely on to talk about “Freedom of the Press” because he can’t and will never appreciate it; he has to use the Press/ Media to advance his ambitions and trounce all threats to PM and the 1st family. He needs to feed on the blood of the people by falsifying the truth. He cannot understand “cakap tak serupa bikin” because he can’t see himself in the mirror; hantus are always scared of mirrors and you know why.

So the Prince of Darkness “populist approach” is all “tin kosong” as I always suspected; it is only propagated and ill tended to further his political mileage come year end.

ON TUN SALLEH, PAK LAH, THE ROYAL OMISSION & WAYANG KULIT BY MATTHIAS CHANG

My recent comments to Matthias Chang’s posting on ‘Tun Salleh Guilty or Not Guilty of Judicial Misconduct, The Royal “Omission” Much Ado about Nothing on Pak Lah and His Clowns & WAYANG KULIT’ as posted in the thirteen million plus ringgit guy rumbles, is as follows.

Syabas Matthias Chang, very well presented. Now the picture looks much, much clearer. There seems so much sin in the present Executive to feed the fires of hell that even the highest Fahrenheit in the thermostat cannot but burst into flames

I must admit I am not a lawyer; perhaps you can give some insight to the following questions/ comments:

  1. Can it be coordinated for Tan Sri Abu Talib, the former Attorney General who brought the charges against Tun Salleh upon a complaint from the Agong, Tun Hamid Omar, the former Lord President who succeeded Tun Salleh and presided at the Tribunal and former Prime Minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad to be present together to mount a rigorous rebuttal to all the misperceptions and insinuations that have been orchestrated against them over the years? If yes, then they should present themselves in front of a press conference with the local and international press media. If for one reason or other such as due to health reasons, then they just be present but the text of rebuttal be read by their representatives.

These disclosures and exposures should be blown big to serve a multiple of objectives amongst which to explain to the UMNO grassroots as well as to the public local and overseas the kind of evil leadership that is at the helm of the country and for the members of parliament to do nothing expected by their electorate. So UMNO members please heed the advice of TDM – leave the party as independents and come back to the fold when PM leaves office.

  1. Can this 3 persons or representatives of any citizen group file a suit against the Minister Zaid Ibrahim and the Prime Minister of Malaysia for willfully, maliciously and fraudulently attempting to misrepresent the public, the people of Malaysia on the Salleh Abas case and the misuse of public funds to serve their ill intended purposes as well as funding the dinner function and as justification of the ex-gratia payments or whatever legal grounds you as a lawyer knows best.

This would put to jam the Executive’s ill intended reforms until the truth prevails. The costs from this legal suit could be recouped from the Government coffers if the case is worthy to be won. This is on the assumption the Executive is not above the law and the purpose is amongst others to keep the public abreast that our judiciary system should not submit the kind of reforms initiated by ill intentions.

  1. What kind of sinister crookedness do we have in Tun Salleh who said that TDM orchestrated the events that led to his (Salleh’s) dismissal when documents proved otherwise? Where can Tun Salleh hide himself if he is god fearing after accepting the falsity of the gala dinner and accepting the ex-gratia payment? Semua dah bongkar; Zaid nak tipu siapa lagi? Resign Zaid, you are a sham to the country, race and religion!

  1. Waiting for the release of the 1st letter – let’s see the way the Lord President wrote the insolent letter to the Agong so that we can concur with the actions of the Agong.

I heard the 1st letter was like written by a ‘bangsawan’ to a peon; such disgrace for a person once at the pinnacle of our judiciary system. If the present Executive has shown much disregard and cannot work with the Rulers Council, I see no reason for withholding the release of the 1st letter provided Tun has met and got the consent of the said Agong then perhaps as good courtesy. Respect others and you will be respected, this present Executive fails to understand and his arrogance will be the key factor that will bring him down just as God had punished Iblis.

  1. Yes I totally agree “There cannot be an independent judiciary in Malaysia so long as the myth persists that Tun Salleh was wrongfully dismissed”.

How do we now exhume the 20 year case again when the AG office has said it’s closed and no apology required? Perhaps with public pressure from 1 & 2 above, the AG office will reconsider reopening the case.

It’s a bit late; I have to wake up early tomorrow to send the kids to school. But for sure, I’ll give comments on the 2nd part of your discourse.

Bravo, brother, bravo.

Continuing from yesterday

The Wayang Kulit

  1. Many of us share the same views on PM’s game plan of “populist approach” in his reform policies etc with his end game in giving his family the much needed time to consolidate and buy over votes at the detriment of UMNO and the people.

Our common views will remain as convincing conspiracy theories in the alternative media and the MSM will be blocked from giving the required exposure.

The main target for your exposures remains with the voters, either for the UMNO election or the Silent Majority any forthcoming election or by-election and many of them may not be user friendly to the alternative media. Thus in identifying your various segments you may have to refine or simplify this complicated conspiracy in a reader friendly manner. Then dish out some hard copies for others to photocopy and distribute to others. This could be one effective way to communicate your assertions.

If you could be given say ½ hour to present your findings at important seminars like the Suntikan Semagat Satria on 31 May 2008 at Crown Plaza PJ would be lovely.

  1. Relationship between the Executive and Bar Council President – this is another conspiracy theory which maybe inadequate for any credible action to be brought by members of the Bar Council against her. Perhaps going through the by-laws of the Bar Council and rehashing with additional evidence with emphasis say regarding to the meeting that took place at the British High Commissioner’s official residence and at the Kuala Lumpur Bon Ton restaurant to fit the grounds for disciplinary action would put the woman off-balance. I am quite sure with sufficient focus the objective to penalize the chairwoman once and for all could be achieved, all done objectively in the best interest of the Bar Council and the country.

  1. The man who does it the back way. This much I can say, he is not liked by many including the Silent Majority. PM as UMNO president has indeed made a bad judgment. A detail profile of this legal bump together with the other nincompoops in the MT/ Cabinet and their various actions deemed detrimental to the party, nation and religion should be bared before members from the July branch meetings.

Be objective and not slanderous so as to guarantee the integrity of the write ups. The purpose is simple: Many of the public are not happy with the characters of the UMNO line up in the cabinet and having those shows the high handedness of PM in enhancing a team of yes men around him at the expense of public opinion. They include amongst others Mohamed son of Mohamed, the man who does it the back way, the minister in charge of religious affairs.

Perhaps you need to come together with the assistance of others who are familiar with these characters in coming out with such profiles. And oh yes, never, never forget the Prince of darkness. His ability to speak shallow on a number of issues in Parliament reflects his “illegal” exposure to these issues vis a vis the abuse of his position as the SIL of the PM. This is not the type of governance the country needs; it reflects bad governance in the eyes of the international media.

  1. The shortfalls in the Royal Commission on the Linggam Video Tapes have to be brought out to the public on an urgent basis. If you are indeed substantially correct in your conclusions and assertions, then the Executive indeed made a mockery out of our judiciary system which UMNO grassroots would never be receptive nor will the Silent Majority. Your punch line stays “The misconduct by the members of the Commission has aggravated the already tarnished image of the Malaysian judiciary”. The leadership continues to fail the country and its people and this has to be stopped abruptly.

LETTER TO THE PM OF ISRAEL & COMMENTS BY SENIOR MEMBERS OF UMNO ON TDM TEMPORARY LEAVING UMNO.

"LETTER" TO THE PM OF ISRAEL

My comments as posted in chedet.com are reproduced below:

I need not see the details of such said letter because it is not of your (TDM) character to write such request from Isreal against the interest of Islam anywhere. You had fought daringly and most significantly for the Palestinian cause and brought us Malaysians very close to the plight and sufferings of the Palestinian people. As a consequence, my wife and I had financially “adopted” each a Palestinian child for about 15 years; a humanity cause you helped set up with the late Alijah Gordon; it’s no logic you should write such nonsense to a PM of Isreal. You are not the least tainted by such fabricated letters but this much I know, a great number of the Silent Majority hates the PM ADMINISTRATION every time they mistreat you even the least bit.

The distribution of such fabrication could only be initiated by the infamous Prince of Darkness and his entourage of vampires that lurks at 4th Floor for whatever evil intended purposes, maybe to counter the existence of the genuine letter sent by our PM as the DPM then to lobby for his sister-in-law for a posting in a friendly country. While these traitors know nothing of respect, integrity, honor and statesmanship, the approval of such sickly acts must have the endorsement of the proud “bodoh sombong” incompetent local “King” Abdullah; the “king” must bear full accountability.

We have a real sick bunch of people at the helm of the Nation that need to be rid off pronto. So UMNO parliamentarians and assemblymen, act now before the same happens to you – save yourselves and the party by being independents for the time being.

May Allah bless you, Tun, in all your assiduous efforts for the betterment of your Race, Nation and Islam.

RESPONSE TO SENIOR UMNO MEMBERS’ COMMENTS:

In reference to several postings on tunkuaisha's blog.

It’s sad to hear such comments from a woman I had once most respect for her excellence in MITI. Now it’s shameful to notice such words from that UMNO representative from my state where Birch, the first British Resident was killed.. Has she lost her acumen to see Tun’s move as being most loyal to UMNO. Wake up Datuk, see the brighter side of Tun’s move; have you forgotten the gist of your 14+ page letter to PM which also affected your drastic fall in the majority you secured? The people you are protecting will knock you out the moment they have fully “used” you; see what they are doing with the kind of fabrications to serve their purpose re “ Letter” to PM of Israel.

Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam and Datuk Seri Mohamad Tajol Rosli Ghazali should know there are many ways to skin a cat; this is Tun’s way of strengthening UMNO by leaving UMNO temporary. This is not talking about turbans and songkok, Tun is referring to the strengthening of the soul in the body called UMNO which have been perpetuated with treachery and Tun is telling all UMNO members to participate actively in this cleansing exorcism.

Dr Puad Zarkashiid was correct- Tun is sending a strong signal to Abdullah to step down and to take the power transition seriously.

Musa Hitam, give him “money, woman & wine” he do anything; that’s why he’s an adviser to PM. Sad but what to do, he’s just a Haprak.

Mohamed son of Mohamed represents the ideal Haprak Melayu; he is an acclaimed Prophet of Doom and he sleeps soundly with the Prince of Darkness. Let’s see how long the House of UMNO will last by his type of call to remain intact.

Finally, shameful and disgusting are words fit for this son of a former PM. He wielded the kris and had to make a public apology; that’s what happens when one doesn’t take up silat when playing with the kris. He good at talking big and often than not, had to walk with the tail between his legs. He’s without principles and just a good mouth piece of the Prince of Darkness - how can grassroots support him for higher positions in UMNO? He can’t stand up to his father’s mettle. Let’s dare this “good for nothing” fellow to take action against Mukriz.

End.

LOBBING – MAKING RUBBISH OUT OF NOTHING

The following is my comment on TDM’s “Lobbing” which appeared in Tunkuaisha’s blog.

If I get Tun correct

  1. There’s nothing wrong with lobbying because it’s a standard or accepted international practice. Any Ahmad, Ah Kow and Thamby would agree with Mahathir especially when it’s done in the best interest of our country like favorable policies for our commodity products. Who was at the Spinning Wheel –DSAI, a former top insider in the Government? Ugh what a chameleon this DSAI, a traitor to the nation will always remain one; a leopard will not change its spots.

  1. The price of lobbying is secret – who leaked it out? Must be the same traitor. This is the same person Guan Eng wants to share his bed with. And Azmin Ali, haven’t you had enough?

  1. The Deputy Prime Minister using his influence to lobby in favor of his sister-in -law – sounds like our PM, family interest always before the Nation. No wonder the shit type of governance we have to-day. Ever wondered why the opposition boys regard him as the golden goose. Come on MT and UMNO members, still can’t open up your eyes or mouth still? Time for action, follow Tun’s message, and leave UMNO until PM resigns.

  1. The future Malaysia; the epitome of righteousness and the practitioners of the rule of law – Nay, know what happens when you give a beautiful scented rose to a group of monkeys and King Kongs guised in the band of PKR, DAP and those advocating populist reforms in UMNO. Nay this band of monkeys is good for “pisang awak” standard and that also after filling their tummies they leave the scene in a mess. This is the apex of the idealisma of reformasi of crooked politicians and we should loathe such foolish ideals especially concocted to oppress the righteous.

I look forward to more explosive exposures from Tun, our National Hero under siege.

ANOTHER PRELIMINARY COMMENT

As posted today on the “thirteen million plus Ringgit” guy rambles from the perspective of one of the Silent Majority who had cast his protest votes during the GE12.

Tun has made a very wise, strategic and timely move. When they are a good number of takers, those (both Malays and Non-Malays) who had cast their protest votes during the GE12 election would be gratified seeing their wish coming true – the end of the most despicable form of governance where at the helm, the incumbent and his family perpetuates and manipulates on the success of others to plunder the country’s wealth against the best interest of the nation.

Indeed Tun’s move is direct address to all true members of UMNO to return to its original aims and aspirations; he never encouraged them to leave UMNO but to remain defiant with him until the incumbent and his stooges leave office. The time to negotiate out a compromise with the incumbent is all but over; one would be better talking to a brick wall.

As in anyway, there will be those hypocrites and ball carriers who would be utterly dismayed and fearsome of Tun’s move and they will come out blazing their guns and giving all kinds of irrational arguments to pin down the inevitable.

Thus to those UMNO members sincere to the original ideals of their party, do the necessary in adhering to Tun’s call, do not disappoint the Silent Majority who had cast their vote of no confidence against PM at the last election. The deceits prevalent under this period of darkness in Malaysia’s history have to end immediate. There are many other apparent dangers to political stability that need to be addressed thereafter.

TDM’S RESIGNS FROM UMNO – MY PRELIMINARY TAKE

My preliminary response to TDM resignation from UMNO as appears in AM Ubaidah’s blog is as follows:

Good story Ubaidah.

UMNO need the Malays and not the other way round. Barisan needs UMNO and not the other way round. The Form and substance – UMNO, under PM, is no longer the form for the Malays in general to look forward to (in protecting their rights and leading the country) as its substance/spirit has much disappeared. The stakes are very high indeed and the ball is round and our future stand uncertain.

As a Melayu and a Malaysian, one had to ask one self – are the issues that TDM brought up against Pak Lah true or false, with substance or without. Assuming they are very true and are all substance, then one has to stand with TDM. The question then arises, which way is appropriate or which way can EVER be appropriate taking into consideration the factors influencing one’s decision?

Let’s not SPIN the issue. TDM wants UMNO members to be independents for the moment and to come back to the fold after PM is remove. TDM is not asking members to join other parties FULL STOP. TDM’s appeal is to those members who genuinely belief in the original and true aspirations of UMNO. Thus if the form of UMNO no longer glitters as TDM perceives being the most honorable (22 years as PM) and founder member of UMNO, he and those who have the same believes leaves UMNO. If more leaves especially those legislative members appointed by the electorate, the form called UMNO becomes hollow. UMNO will then be in a despair state which is not necessary bad if one looks at it as part of a greater strategy. However this is easier said than done, more than anything else PM (or should I say his SIL and son and the 4th Floor boys) will staunchly defend his position and will do anything under the sky (including working with devil) to protect his legacy and the vested interest of the 1st Family, extended 1st Family and the 4th Floor boys. Thus expect PM to dish out more “money politics” but then that too has limit because there’s not enough to pay off every member from Abdul to Zakaria and Aishah to Zainab.

There’s lot of good probabilities than bad from this move by TDM. TDM an astute politician sees problem solving like a doctor identifying the gangrene and cutting of the affected limb to save the person’s life. I am sure he is aware of or is a master of “Sun Tzu's Art of War Applied to Modern Strategy and Leadership”. So it would be reasonable to conclude that he is aware of all the cards on the table in making such decision.

For those UMNO members who staunchly appreciate TDM’s move but cannot leave UMNO for one reason or other will have to remain in UMNO to continue the fight from within in continuing ruffling the grass roots in making PM leave. These members should remember that this is a populist regime, if the regime finds some dangers or faults it will rectify them meaning the regime is being lead rather than leading. When things cool down, the regime will forget these members’ grievances and break their promises. I am sorry for those like DPM and the other senior cabinet members who expected PM to honor such promises. If PM can say “why should I resign, I have work to do”, ask yourself what does he actually do? Whatever little that PM has done to show that he is listening to the grievances of the population and grassroots are reactionary and a pull over their eyes. So to those members, who think PM will resign pre or post UMNO election, forget it. PM’s prior and sole interest is to ensure the well being of the 1st Family as long as he can, interest of the country is secondary. PEOPLE LIKE THAT DON’T EVER CHANGE and UMNO members should know better.

I would believe that out of the two options ie Option 1 -to leave UMNO temporary as independents and Option 2- to fight from within, I would go for Option 1 as the impact is greater, direct and forcefully. The message to PM has to be very clear and that’s what most people want when they send in the protest votes during the GE 12. Furthermore there are more probabilities in bringing down PM when elected representative become independents. The fear of instability and to mengikut adat untuk menjaga maruah kepimpinan president no longer holds true at this time of acute urgency. In Option 2, there’s still the possibility of delivering the message of the people will fall short of expectations.

I believe that Allah, in His kindness to His creation, has cleverly evolved this uncertainty of trials and turbulences in UMNO not without for a reason or opportunity. Some of us would take it as His timely message to oust and clear off the oppressors in UMNO. So let us all continue seeking His guidance and blessing in all our endeavors in ousting the rotten governance that is prevailing in the country during this period of darkness.

EARLY VIBES FROM THE LINGAM VIDEO TAPES.

My comment to A M Ubaidah's blog concerning the implications of the Commission's Report on the Lingam Video Tapes is set out below.

Don’t worry brother, the fight for truth is just brewing up; kita baru nak tunjuk langkah main seni silat tempur, belum lagi silat olahraga atau pulut atau pun silat Melayu.

Let’s look of some of the early vibes following the lodgment of the Police Report on against several papers for publishing the commission before the report was made public.

  1. Lim Kit Siang – “The police report runs counter to the renewed pledge by PM for more open, accountable and transparent society including a Whistle Blowing Protection legislation……keeping abreast with international benchmarks” said LK Siang in his blog.

My comment: Who does this nyayok old shitter think he is? If he is open, accountable and transparencies, he should demand a full blow up of all the fiasco dealings of the 1st Family and extended Family. So brother, very clearly you can notice this old shitter and his band of Malaysian Malaysia sees only with one eye….the left one and I guess you know who or what I refer to. Dajal?

  1. Bar Council – “The police report is a blatant act of intimidation …..” said Bar Council Human Rights Committee Chairman.

My comment: Ekor dah keluar because of the Tun Salleh Abas case, the compensation payments and of cause the reforms to the Judiciary Appointment Committee. Kepala dah besak kut!

  1. Saifudin Nasution – in condemning the move to lodge the police report, the PKR Strategic Planning Director said “under the National Integrity Plan, media freedom was one of the seven points to promote integrity”;

My comment: Kepala otak dia, Media MSM dan Alternative Media ada banyak sangat integrity ke? Kalau ya, mengapa boss dia suroh boycott national papers? Hipokrite nombor 1.

  1. Guan Eng – “Review cases decided by Eusoff, Fairuz…..the focus of the probe should be mainly on Eusoff and Ahmad Firuz…”.

My comment: Ahhh…..this CM is an interested party since he was one of those affected by the decisions made by the judges. Under best practices, he should abstain himself from making any statements; someone else should have done it for him. But of course Malaysian Malaysia, they apply double standards to international best practices standards; just like the US administration. This fellow dares tell the IGP what and where to focus; in telling so, he has no respect/ confidence in the Police Force, well, he never has anyway but he should have shut his gap.

  1. Lawyer for de facto PKR leader – “The former DPM would be seeking a review of all his court cases heard by the two former top judges”.

My comment: This is the conniving person who leaked the Lingam Video Tapes. Guess birds of a feather flock together – DSAI and Guan Eng. Really Guan Eng, you want to be closely associated with a sunk like the former DPM. See the latest idiotic act by the Chief Opposition Leader (probably acting on the advice of her husband) in accusing the government of corruption in the award of the submarine contract; she was told that her husband then had approved the deal. Guan Eng, jaga your integrity otherwise you would be infected unnecessary.

Should these cases be open for review, the opportunity rises to bring out new details of the past history of former DPM and these would be blown up again and in greater proportion under the guise of greater press freedom. I just hope his family can bear through the full circle again.

You would notice how concerned this gang bang is about on the police investigation. What are they afraid off - that the investigation gets out of hand and or the coarse of more freedom curtailed or are they protecting some one BIG? Or are they just afraid of nothing?

  1. TDM “I'm Prepared To Be Investigated And Charged In Court”. “By charging me in court, I will have the opportunity to explain many things that the judges did, including lobbying". TDM hoped that investigations on him would not be stopped on grounds that there was no case. "In that case, I will have no opportunity to explain what had happened, but instead if I was charged, then I can explain what I had done and what others did including the judges with regard to lobbying. "I want to tell about the judges who had come to me to lobby. He said the decisions he made on the appointments, including that of judges, were based on his own assessment.

"My decision is based on my assessment. I don't care who lobbied or who spoke to me. If I decide that the individual concerned should be appointed, then I will appoint. If a person should not be appointed, even though he was recommended by the judge, I will not appoint.
"I am not a postman, when the chief judge recommends, I straight away approve and see the Yang di-Pertuan Agong and the King endorses. If that is the case, it can be said the appointment of the chief judge is decided by the outgoing chief judge.
"Then, I don't have any role at all. I don't want to be a postman," he said. If lobbying is wrong, then these judges should be probed"

I need not say more except that TDM seemed all prepared to challenge the whole gang and others who may a hand in wanting to make his life a “little difficult”. Many people I know including non-Malays have very high respect for TDM and therefore the actions of those trying to demonise TDM will surely have a boomerang effect.

So my brother, have patience, let’s see how this intrigue develops as it still has a long way to go. The Police should cover all angles including finding out who have the motive in the release the Commission’s findings. Perhaps some interesting BIG names will come out from the investigation. .
