THE 30% BUMIPUTRA EQUITY RULE SHOUD STAY.

The Malays’ response to this call to abolish the 30% bumiputera equity participation should not come merely from UMNO and other interested Malay NGOs but also from others who deemed themselves as leaders of the Malay Bumiputra community. I refer to the relevant responses from leaders like DSAI, MB Khalid Ibrahim, Azmin Ali, Tok Guru and Hadi Awang etc so that the overall views from a wider spectrum of the Malay population can be gauged. (Note: however such comment from DSAI that he questioned not the Bumi special rights but its abuses is pure falsehood, coming from someone who was himself grossly tainted with such abuses when he was previously deputy PM/ Finance Minister)

By the way, it’s quite absurd/ academic to address this 30% at this point in time when activities connected with the local and worldwide stock market and investment is practically dead and likely remain so for quite a long while; no right thinking promoters would wish to list their companies presently nor Bumis/ their institutions keen to take up the relevant stake. However, in question is a mechanism evolved in implementing part of the Social Contract; these so called Malay Muslim leaders should give their honest opinion.

As for me, a Bumiputra and in the greater interest of the Bumiputra community, I stand together with those who strong believe that the 30% rule should remain; its not timely to phase it out yet. The aftermath of the world economic and financial meltdown will inevitable affect our economic landscape. Patience has its virtues while public debating for the UMNO youth position copying the American style of politics has its severe drawbacks. Lets all focus on tackling issues affecting our real economy as a consequence of the world economic meltdown resulting from amongst other causes the lack of transparency and insatiable greed originating from the lead country that promotes liberty, greater democracy and governance to the world.

No To Public Debates on UMNO YOUTH

1. The debate is a sinister ploy by KJ to deceive the grassroots and the Malaysian public.

2. In Malaysian politics today, who does not know that phony by the name of KJ, grossly responsible as much as his father-in-law for the disasters of UMNO and BN. Using a populist platform of “Setiakawan”, running as a "Malaysian," as opposed to that of "Malay" whist trying to push some form of reform agenda for Umno, is most perplexing for a candidate standing for a party strictly for the Malays and Islam. KJ desperately hopes to galvanize support for his battered image and such self delusion is to grossly cover up his winnings/ nominations earned dubiously by money politics and whatever remaining influence of his father-in-law.

3. Amateurish as he is in Malaysian politics and of its complex culture, this stupid bloke discards Eastern values particularly Malay values for the west in portraying himself as a man of the times. Like his mentor the chameleon cum self centered politician by the name of DSAI, KJ insists on riding on the wave of false liberalization, democratic reforms, and greater transparency in the wake of the disasters of his own creation. Public debates is an American culture and not necessary appropriate to Malaysian politics especially for UMNO. The local political sensitivities are not akin to those in United States and public debating on issues relating to UMNO are likely to have more negative consequences than good..

4. I read the negative comments on public debating by several key UMNO politicians including Mukriz himself and I stand whole heartedly with them on this issue. Action speaks louder than words and we cannot allow a publicly acclaimed nincompoop, good for nothing fool like KJ to continue disrupting the re-engineering of UMNO Youth with his forked tongue. I hope in the greater interest of the youth movement, YB Khir Toyo, should back out from participating with such public debate so that KJ will bark and yapp in solitude on his ridiculous platform and let whatever ludah he spits to the air to fall flat on his deserving face.

5. No more of KJ, enough of him; the Silent Majority is watching and trust that grass roots will decisively oust him and his close associates out of politics. To strengthen UMNO in these uncertain times, the grassroots must get rid of selfish pricks like KJ and his associates and focus on the economy and win back those states lost.

BACK TO NORM.

Alhamdullilah, the Holy Month of Ramadan has passed and now most of us are enjoying the Hari Raya celebrations albeit the worsening world economic meltdown. While our beloved country is considered rather isolated from the credit crunch crisis arising from the US sub-prime loans, nonetheless this country will be feel its adverse ramifications especially those involved in the export business and by those rich locals who got themselves exposed in overseas financial markets via their private banking.

I had refrained from frequently posting during the month of Ramadan to focus on more religious practices although I did at some occasions reply/ comment to some blogs.

At first, I did not intend to have an open house due to several reasons connected with our local as well as international economic developments. However I had a change of hearts after considering the requests of some family members as well as to celebrate my daughter’s 17^th Birthday. Why not, I considered, next year could be more expensive due to the uncertainty of world economic situation and this Hari Raya is of great significance as PM had already decided to quit, a wish I have longed for so long. So inviting friends, neighbors and relatives, my family will have modest one this coming Saturday. Insha’allah, our open house will have blessings of the Almighty Allah.

WE MUSLIMS DO NOT WANT A POLITICIAN WHO HAS THE BACKING OF THE US ADMINISTRATION.

Again the US Administration has interfered in the internal affairs of the country, this time round though in relation to the imposition of the draconian law of the Internal Security Act.

The US Administration never learns that every time it interferes in the politics of a Muslim country the local Muslims hate it. So this time round on the pretext of the arrest of 3 individuals under the ISA, the US Administration interferes again giving credence to the suspicion that the US supports DSAI who seeking a change of Government in Malaysia by 16 September 2008.

The US Administration intervention confirms the belief that it is indeed the key backer of DSAI and his political stooges including the Bar Council. Thus with such intervention DSAI further alienates himself from the Muslims who frown the US foreign policies.

I doubt PAS grassroots would truly support a politician carrying such an unwanted and dangerous foreign baggage.

So down with DSAI and his political sponsors the United States Administration.

MALAYS STILL FOR RACE BASED POLITICS

I just came back from a buka puasa and sembahyang terawih at a neighbour’s house.

After berbuka puasa and terawih prayers, the common subject among the neighbours was of course the current political scenario and in particular when PM will eventually step down and Tun will become an adviser to UMNO. The neighbourhood seemed to discard as irrelevant the politics brought about by DSAI as the defacto head of the Opposition and the inability of PAS to take a constructive leadership role in the Pakatan Rakyat albeit safeguarding the interest of the Malays and Islam.

Irrespective that the leaders of the various leaders of the Opposition has commented about their commitment to the Constitution and the Special rights, the developments on the ground in the 3 Pakatan States namely Selangor, Perak and Penang says differently. Yes, whatever goodness that Pakatan bragged about progress in the states under their control seemed insignificant; the neighbours see things differently. Multi-racialism parties have no place in the hearts of the neighbours.

The general conclusion was that PM must go soonest as he has done nothing effectively and as one UMNO man said, the bulk of UMNO grassroots also wants him out for the greater interest of UMNO and the Nation. The Malays need a strong leader as a replacement, someone who will bring back control and sanity among the races. Reforms of freedom and tolerance brought about by PM were identified as one of the major causes for the state of affairs and uncertainty. In fact, many were disgusted with RPK writings and the foolishness of Ms Ambiga and the Bar Council.

I too got generally the same feedback at the nearby surau which I attended almost every night for my terawih prayers.

KERAJAAN MASIH KUKUH? DATUK AHMAD SAID? DSAI?

So said PM after meeting members of the OIC. He had said it many times before but the ground disagrees with him; they just want him out before the country is so messed up beyond recognition and hew refuses to listen to the Rakyat. This statement however does not condone that the people would prefer a alternative government led by the traitorous DSAI and his loose pakatan of different and incoherent ideological political parties. DSAI’s bail should be revoked and the bugger be kept in jail; so what if his supporters want to have street protest – its better sooner than later knowing the kind of mischief that bugger is up to.

As a flip flopper, PM is expected to mishandle the Datuk Ahmad Ismail debacle. The sentiments among the bulk of Malay population are with Datuk Ahmad Ismail and any action against him by UMNO will not have support. If any stern action as purported in the media, is taken against him will potentially have a backlash on UMNO grassroots and the Malay population.

The Malays had had enough of foul plays and consequences arising from irresponsible promises of reforms and the many directionless actions of the Abdullah Badawi regime. PM is simply jus incompetent.

I doubt very much that PM and a docile UMNO Supreme Council can do much about Datuk Ismail; it’s best to let the issue slowly die away. But if a stern decision is taken, then UMNO must also take stern action against those irresponsible leaders of the Bar Council for their many despicable actions which have caused much injury to the Malays, that those associated with the Hindraf should kept in jail perpetually nor allowed back to the country and condemned by all BN parties, etc, etc, etc…… Any stern action is wishful because the issue at hand is most complicated and is merely a symptom of a much bigger problem. It cannot be shelved aside or resolved by merely any action. PM should realise that he can’t force the Malays to accept such illusionary solutions.

FINALLY CENSURING “MALAYSIA TODAY”

Allah Praise Be To Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Beneficent, Lord of the Worlds and Hereafter; the Holy Month of Ramadan is just around the corner.

Let us refrain from reading and talking fitnah, nonsense and garbage not only during the Holy Month but also thereafter such as aggressively promoted by RPK. It’s good that finally RPK’s blog has been censored by the Malaysian authorities. Whoever is responsible for censuring Malaysia Today deserves a pat on the back. For those die hard RPK and DSAI supporters, Malaysia Today remains accessible through its mirror website.

I am most certain censuring Malaysia Today is an endorsement of the goal of keeping unhealthy western values out of our rich Malaysian culture.

PERMATANG PAUH – READING BETWEEN THE LINES

A forgone conclusion that came through with a bigger majority to DSAI.

It is not such an insulting humiliation for PM to loose to a proven sodomite.

DSAI won not because the people love him but because he was used by the people particularly the Silent majority to send concertedly a clear message to PM (and his family) that they are a rejected lot. Rumours are rife that many BN particularly UMNO members too voted for PKR or did not have the strength and commitment to go for the polls. GE 12 was a protest vote against PM and so was PP. Whatever pep talk PM had with his branch and divisional heads on being “traitors” as one of the supposedly core reasons for the disastrous GE 12 had come to naught.

While PM’s political future (including arrogant members of his family) is all but dead as far I am concern, the PP results is a blessing in disguise for UMNO. This is just one constituency, not a general election but the indicator for the trend in the next elections. Accepting such reality, UMNO should take the final courage to convince PM to resign soonest rather than see the party heading to the doldrums and potential demise.

Malaysian Malaysia and Ketuanan Rakyat will see PP as a golden victory for their multi-racialism but to many others like me, not necessarily so. However the longer PM stays put and continues to endanger the peaceful and development prospects of the country by his lack of governance and poor management decision making, the more rapid the Pakatan Rakyat will capitalise and expand its influence on the people until BN and UMNO will no longer hold any significant influence.

Demographics could have changed certain aspects of the political landscape in this country but I am certain BN and UMNO could still remain most relevant with certain adaptations albeit a new and firm leadership.

So UMNO, the people has spoken again - they want PM out. Expect to be rejected by the people if you do not reject PM at the forth coming UMNO elections cum year end.

INVENTING NEW RELIGIOUS RITUALS – RPK A SHAM

1 Desperate RPK?
I am most happy when Muslims quote the ayat Quran and hadith in explaining the wonderful way of life called Islam, even by people like RPK or his champion horse, DSAI who seem to be an icon that can do no sin.

But when people like RPK quotes 2 verses of the Quran (Surah 3. Al ‘Imran, Verse 61 and Surah 24. An-Nur) and an authentic hadith on Aishah in his desperate attempt to put forward his point in advocating the innocence of DSAI and then said in his posting “Trust not these religious people. Many are fakes and phoneys. The Quran says these people will sell their religion for money. This is not what I say. This is what the Quran says. And would the Quran lie?”, my goose pimples rise, my blood boils and wish that we would back in the early days of Islam so that such narrow minded people could answer for their selfish infidelity and evil mindedness. But then again, such indecency and falsehood persistently demonstrated by RPK has been around since time in memorial and going back in time would be meaningless.

2. RPK’s Right of Speech?
RPK heavily relies on the universal human rights declaration (right to free speech) to pacify his ardent supporters to his blog.
An early emphasis on freedom of speech during the Islamic Golden Age was first declared by the Caliph Umar in the 7th century. Later during the Abbasid period, freedom of speech was also declared by al-Hashimi, a cousin of caliph Al-Ma'mun (786–833), in the following letter to a religious opponent.
"Bring forward all the arguments you wish and say whatever you please and speak your mind freely. Now that you are safe and free to say whatever you please appoint some arbitrator who will impartially judge between us and lean only towards the truth and be free from the empery of passion, and that arbitrator shall be Reason, whereby God makes us responsible for our own rewards and punishments. Herein I have dealt justly with you and have given you full security and am ready to accept whatever decision Reason may give for me or against me. For "There is no compulsion in religion" (Qur'an 2:256) and I have only invited you to accept our faith willingly and of your own accord and have pointed out the hideousness of your present belief. Peace be with you and the blessings of God!”
Hence where do we place RPK (and the funders of his blog who think they have religious credentials to do so) in respect of our way of life in resolving contentious issues of critical importance to our UMMAH. RPK is far way off the mark from seeking the truth.

3. The Issue Before Us.
RPK’s latest posting on an SD by Thagarajoo, Nallakaruppan’s one-time driver, under title of “Najib: Muslim by birth, Hindu by practice”, to many is another attempt to discredit Najib and his sumpah laknat about his involvement with Atlantuya.
In the Quran, Muslims have been told be wary about suspect sources of information coming from unbelievers like Thagarajoo and we are all aware of RPK’s blind loyalty (for the greenback?) to DSAI and out right desperation to take down Najib at all cost.
Who is RPK to ask the Muslim masses to discard those who have more authority on matters of our religion and issues pertaining to the UMMAH?
We have to admit that RPK, like many other ordinary Muslims, has no local standi to advance his personal thoughts on religious subject matters and calling those religious people as fakes and phonies, starkly speak most ugly of RPK’s heinous character.
RPK associates himself so closely with DSAI’s political ambitions and personal actions; that rot in RPK is doing more harm than good to DSAI. One also wonders why the PAS leadership and their so call ulamas (whose authority on Islam maybe found lacking in many instances mired with political ambitions and power) are supporting DSAI and RPK. Definitely RPK has not been righteous to the UMMAH in most of his postings and in his writing, he apparently seems least afraid of Allah’s final judgment.
I am sure PAS is most aware what kafir and mengkafir is all about (the more so in RPK’s misuse of SD of unacceptable Islamic characters) and the dangers that DSAI being perceived tool of the US administration. Has PAS been dirtied with money or power in supporting indirectly the disunity among the UMMAH that they dare not speak out on the stark indecencies and unethically Islamic brought out via RPK’s postings and actions especially when Islam and its ethics are concern? Are there those in PAS who support such acts by RPK?

Now observe RPK’s statements extracted from his posting;
“The Quran has warned us about such people. ‘Religious people’ since time immemorial have been exploiting and distorting religion for monetary gain as well as to attain power. Religious people are very dangerous. They know they have the confidence of the majority of the people who are not only simple-minded but place great trust on people perceived as ‘men of God’.This is not only a problem in Islam but in all religions as well. Trust not these religious people. Many are fakes and phoneys. The Quran says these people will sell their religion for money. This is not what I say. This is what the Quran says. And would the Quran lie when the Quran is regarded by Muslims as the word of God?”

I would believe many “religious” people and true aspirants, who regard Islam as the final complete way of life, would shake their head and ask RPK to mengucapkan again; its more than just “the pot calling the kettle black”, what kind of Muslim do we call RPK? And what speaks of DSAI if he does not halt such derogatory actions by RPK?
I am hopeful that the Malay voters in Permatang Pauh would caste their voting based on the best attributes and characters of the candidates and not be fooled by a blasphemous character like RPK. I am also hopeful that PAS members from within and outside the PP community will reflect and do the same in the greater interest of our UMMAH.

Set out below certain short extracts from the internet sufficient to demonstrate that RPK and those people like him care little on the sanctity of the Quran and Islamic jurisprudence, a wonderful realm of knowledge beyond RPK’s comprehension. In Islam, knowledge is action but I am certain by his action, RPK cares not the value of knowledge. Instead, RPK makes a mockery of himself; he is a SHAM of the highest degree.

4. Background of our syaria and interpretations of the Quranic verses
“There is no strictly static set of laws of sharia. Sharia is more of a system of how law ought to serve humanity, a consensus of the unified spirit, based on the Qur'an (the religious text of Islam), hadith (sayings and doings of Muhammad and his companions), Ijma (consensus), Qiyas (reasoning by analogy) and centuries of debate, interpretation and precedent.”
In Malaysia, where most of us Muslims belong to the shafii school:
“In Imami-Shi'i law, the sources of law (usul al-fiqh) are the Qur'an, anecdotes of Muhammad's practices and those of the 12 Imams, and the intellect (aql). The practices called Sharia today, however, also have roots in local customs (al-urf).
“At the heart of Islamic law lies the teachings of God and the acts and sayings of His Prophet, Muhammad;[12] therefore, sharia, Islamic law, is founded on the Qur'an and the Sunnah. However, sharia was not fully developed at the time of Muhammad's death, but rather it evolved around the Muslim community or Ummah through which it would serve”
“However, people do not change overnight nor do their habits of everyday life – sharia was indeed guided through its development by lifestyles of the tribes in which was initially absorbed into Islam.”
“After the death of Muhammad sharia continued to undergo fundamental changes, beginning with the reigns of caliphs Abu Bakr (632-34) and Umar (634-44) in which many decision making matters were brought to the attention of the Prophet's closest comrades for consultation.[17] In AD 662, during the reign of Mu'awiya b. Abu Sufyan, life ceased to be nomadic and undertook an urban transformation which in turn created matters not originally covered by Islamic law.[17] Each and every gain, loss, and turn of Islamic society has played an active role in developing sharia which branches out into fiqh and Qanun respectively.

5. Tafsir or Interpretation of the Quran.
Muslims believe that it is prohibited to perform Qur'anic interpretation using solely one's own opinion. This, they base on an authenticated hadith of Muhammad which states that it is prohibited.
Imam al-Ghazali (qs), how-ever, qualifies this tradition, with the following under-standing, "The truth is that prophetic Traditions (akhbar) and statements of the Prophet's companions and of other pious Muslims in early Islam (athar) prove that for men of understanding there is wide scope in the meanings of the Qur'an. Thus 'Ali (may God be pleased with him!) said, "except that God bestows understanding of the Qur'an upon a man." If there is no meaning other than that which is related [from Ibn 'Abbas and other exegetes] what is that understanding of the Qur'an [which is bestowed upon a man]? The Prophet (may God bless him and greet him) said, "Surely the Qur'an has an outward aspect, an inward aspect, a limit and a prelude." This is also related. by Ibn Mas'ud on his own authority and he is one of the scholars of Qur'anic interpretation. [If there are no meanings of the Qur'an besides the outward ones], what is the meaning of its outward aspect, inward aspect, limit and prelude? 'Ali (may God show regard to his face!) said, "If I so will I can certainly load seventy camels with the exegesis of the Opening Sura of the Book." What then is the meaning of this statement of 'Ali, when the outward exegesis of this sura is extremely short us [and can be set forth in a few pages]? Abu Darda' said, "One cannot [fully] understand the religion until one sees the Qur'an from different perspectives." A certain religious scholar said, "For every Qur'anic verse there are sixty thousand understandings [comprehensible to man]. The understandings of it which remain [incomprehensible to man] are even more than these in number." [1]
The Qur'an, the utmost authority on Islam asserts that the word was sent to all of mankind and it is up to the whole of mankind to receive it and sincerely ponder upon its meaning. Islam acknowledges no "clergy" nor monopolisation of "The Word of Allah (swt) i.e God", Islam only acknowledges the "knowledgeable" ones from among a community of people, the "Ulama" or scholars if they are known and famous for their Islamic correct faith. In the Qur'an, Allah i.e. God exhorts mankind to "think" and "ponder" and "realise" for themselves, thereby awakening true belief inside each and every human being.

THE SUMPAH LAKNAT: MY TAKE.

In connection to an article posted by RPK on inventing new religious rituals re sumpah laknat while holding the Quran, I dismissed his selfish and bias arguments. Some of my thoughts on this matter taking into account developments to-date are follows:

While RPK is not an authority on hadith, his reliance of a hadith to prove a point is inconsistent or hypocritical of his persistent usage of hearsay such as in his defamatory statutory declarations. RPK, true like his champion horse DSAI, has been twisting stories and facts with a strong slant towards a forked tongue creating I used to call grandfather’s tales. A hadith is the description on the Prophet’s action and customs by an actual narrative related by a chain of authenticated narrators, the names of those who narrators are clearly mentioned. These were written about 100 years after the death of the Prophet where the source of information was mostly memories of the Faithful. During that time too, there were no technology yet for mass paper printing, video and photography. To avoid the truth being lost or manipulated, the hadiths underwent a systematic and thorough authentication and classified accordingly.

Present day, technology for recording and printing are abundance. In his statutory declarations, holding steadfast to his universal declaration of human rights, RPK refused to give the names of his sources, only saying his source is most reliable. His stories and accusations contained in the declarations have since been refuted by the concern parties making the said statutory declarations dysfunctional and he, a “supposed” bankrupt, is now subject to being sued in the millions for his defamatory statements. But yet RPK would smile as he had successfully caused much confusion and rapture in our political system.

As one prominent blogger puts RPK as “He has a large following proves that people love the stuff he has been dishing out. Raja Petra's strength lies in developing a readable story based on a bit of facts and a lot of opinions (and he's willing to go down defending what he writes)”. When I viewed RPK’s postings and his commentaries, my opinion is “birds of a feather flock together”; his followers re commentaries were mostly those staunch believers of $Malaysian Malaysia’s new DNA and just like him and his champion horse, they love character bashing, preying on rumour mongering and half truths for the quest of a generic Malaysian DNA whilst hungrily degrading certain personalities without any decency and respect.

RPK used a classic hadith to prove a point on adultery (between a man and woman) but could not produce an alternative authentic hadith with specific reference to sodomy. As there is n$one, RPK twisting the facts with the said hadith. Local religious authorities including Ketua Pemuda PAS Selangor have already stated that the circumstances pertaining to adultery are different from sodomy. RPK seemed to reject such religious confirmation and thus again resort to twisting facts to confuse the Rakyat. DSAI also tried to use a foreign “ulama” from Egypt and Gus Dur (the blind Indonesian head of an ulama body who can’t see past his nose) in justifying going to syariah court in dismissing the sodomy 2 case. Is DSAI making a mockery of the Islamic judiciary system to deflect the many request for him to swear in God’s name on the grave sin he has been accused of committing?

Because of the intense commotion caused by RPK in accusing DPM Najib‘s involvement of the Atlantuya case, Najib took a similar oath in denying his accused role. As such, RPK’s image drastically eroded including amongst bloggers except his taksub supporters.

Swearing by the Quran; a Christian ritual? The Mufti of WPKL (the religious authority having jurisdiction where Saiful took his oath) has commented that swearing by holding the Quran which Saiful was not following the Christian ritual. The Mufti of Perlis commented that the swearing by holding a copy of the Quran did not invalidate Saiful’s swearing re sumpah laknat. Certain top officials of PAS would not endorse the sumpah laknat.

As we are all aware, millions of Muslims uses the beads in their religious chanting and wear the skull or ketayab as a headgear; these two are traditions continued from Jewish customs. In January 2007, Keith Ellison the first Muslim to the US Congress took an oath using the Quran instead of a bible. Definitely one would not find any hadith to support such act because during the time of the Prophet, such situation could not arise not merely because USA was non- existence yet but because the spread of Islam had just begun then. However, shouldn’t such act by the Muslim congressman be admired and respected? On 13 Dec 2007, the late PPP chairperson Benazir Bhutto made her party candidates swear on the Quran during the closed-door meeting that after their elections they would not indulge in horse-trading and would give due respect and importance to party workers and refrain from exploiting them.

Islam is definitely not simply about rigorous rituals or Arabic customs but as usual conveniently some people would place more emphasis on the form rather then the substance. What’s funny is that the PAS ulamas and other so-called pro DSAI ulamas are most aware about such matter. The Malays generally practiced several religious rituals and customs, some of which are vigorously and constantly re-innovated such as in dowries, marriage ceremonies, burial headstones and kenduris etc some which are alien or not encouraged by Islam or even declared by some as syirik but these practices, rightfully or wrongfully, have been generally accepted by the Malay population. What is the big fuss about the swearing holding a copy of the Quran when ultimately the sumpah laknat is about one’s noble intention and action; the realm of the Almighty, the Most Knowledgeable.

DNA testing is an accepted new technology in the present day in proving certain associations including for use in criminal cases. This technology was not present during the advent of Islam although I am sure its foundation in the Holy Book can be found via careful diagnosis and interpretations of the Quran and authentic hadiths by expert Islamic theologians. Should Muslims discard using such useful technology? Yet DSAI had quickly dismissed that technology, accusing the relevant institutions of misusing it against his interest i.e. can be falsified. DSAI consistently reverts to the original covenant on adultery in syariah law i.e the presence of 4 witnesses. It should be noted that in Sodomy 1 DSAI and the parties concerned were found to indulge in such activities but the court of federal appeal was not unanimous its decision on the exact time of the crime. The fact remains that DSAI was a sodomite.

The call by many for DSAI to swear the sumpah laknat continues but DSAI continues to deflect such request. The sumpah laknat, although irrelevant to the criminal charge of sodomy in court that carries the maximum penalty of 20 years jail, carries a heavy psychological weight on the integrity of the persons taking the oath in the eyes of many. A Muslim needs to relate and adhere to Allah’s condemnation on sodomy in the Quran and Hadith as per the story of Nabi Lot to justify his/ her perception on sodomites because Allah’s punishment is eternal, presently and the hereafter.

The failure by DSAI to swear the sumpah laknat speaks for himself compounded by the disgustful manner he sought refuge at the Turkish Ambassador’s residence, on his proclaimed fear of assassination, his refusal to undertake a DNA test as requested by the Police to assist in the investigation and the prompting of the Permatang Pauh by-election before he was to be charged and so on and so on (the latest being his declaration that he did not have cronies during his term of office then as Deputy PM/ Finance Minister and Malaysian Government backs Isreal). DSAI’s many deception only enhances the perception that Sodomy 2 had indeed happened; DSAI’s many deceptive ploys blatantly do not represent the actions of the innocence and indeed he looks guiltier by each passing day.

The rakyat watches and DSAI’s hollow character understandably continues to be horribly tarnished. To many Malaysian citizens, the common view holds that DSAI is only concern about his own political well being and not that of the economics of the Rakyat or the country. However such view may not impact the voting at Permatang Pauh because the voters are rightfully depressed with several other issues against the BN particularly incompetence of the leadership; the catalyst of change is absent in UMNO to result in a drastic change to vote for BN.

For DSAI not to swear the sumpah laknat may be understandable in defence of his right (read universal declaration of human rights) and rejection of a respected view of the commons. However I just don’t understand why other Muslims and some so called ulamas (especially those known for their “holier than thou” attitude) are so taksub against this matter and whose actions and commentaries may mislead and confuse innocent Muslims on the supposedly honest and faithful role of those political leaders bearing the banner of Islam on the forefront. Is Allah’s Perfected Religion being abused for the sake of Political Corruption (read RM)? All these kecoh among Muslims and Non-Muslims alike is centred on one single “insan” by the name of DSAI; is he amongst the “small dajjal” or otherwise what kind of destructive “insan” is he?

Wow…did you see those pictures of the SIL dressed a female dancer? What a shame, the more so SIL should have kept his mouth shut in Malaysian politics all this while. Otherwise he be like those chickens with their non stop shitting; a new big slut in town and SIL would find DSAI as his lovable buggery partner. Guess the Prince of Darkness prefers a better nick name “the Pondan Prince of Putrajaya”. Kick him out of UMNO Youth; he’s a big, big liability.

DSAI: NAME HIS CRONIES

DSAI have asked the rakyat to name his cronies as he claimed he has none.

To PKR, PAS and Malaysian Malaysia; that’s the real DSAI for you who speaks with a forked tongue and can’t differentiate between truth and falsehood, what more the difference between buggery and cronyism. Funny, what a sinful liar whom Tok Guru, LK Siang etc wishes to be associated with!!!

PETROL PRICE AND COST OF LIVING

We all can expect petrol and diesel prices to be cheaper from 1st September 2008 but the prices of other goods which have risen will not fall and so will not our overall cost of living. If PM had been patient and staggered the petrol/ diesel price increases, the impact on our cost of living may not have been that burdensome. Increasing and adjusting salaries will assist the young and income earning to sustain the higher cost of living but not those who have retired especially from the private sector. Also the more elderly who are least marketable will also be adversely affected. These sectors of the population who have limited capabilities in adjusting to a higher cost of living will form a perpetual group of disgruntled voters. Thank you PM, the country could not have appointed a wiser and capable Finance Minister in these challenging times.

PERMATANG PAUH – PM PATUT MELETAK JAWATAN SECEPAT MUNGKIN.

1. Permatang Pauh – amat sedih bagi UMNO. Ini adalah satu pertarungan yang sepatutnya amat mudah sekali bagi UMNO/ BN menang tetapi kerana masaalah kepimpinan, kemenangan memang amat sukar.

2. Pengundi Melayu berpecah dua; satu yang taksub kepada DSAI serta dikelirukan oleh pemimpin PAS yang mengambil kesempatan dan sebelah lagi yang berpihak kepada BN yang juga akan berpecah lagi sekiranya kepimpinannya terus membuat pelbagai kesilapan.

Bagi ahli PAS yang menyokong DSAI, harap mereka sedar sebelum terlambat akan senyuman dan penipuan AL-Setan dan kuncu-kuncu nya yang ingin melihat umat Islam sedunia terus berlaga untuk kepentingan seorang manusia yang bernama DSAI. Kepentingan seorang lagi insan yang disumbat duburnya tidak dipedulikan. Isu sumpah dengan nama Allah / Quran pun dipermainkan – itulah PAS yang mementingkan kuasa politik, lihatlah PAS dengan senangnya mengabaikan pengharaman judi, arak dll setelah berjinak dengan PKR dan DAP; mungkin PAS sedar akan pendirian parti itu yang selama ini tidak praktikal setelah dibuka mata oleh kuasa politik; sedih sekali, mungkin tersesat kut! Saya lebih percaya kepada pendapat Mufti Perlis daripada ulama-ulama PAS di dalam hal sumpah ini kerana beliau tiada berkepentingan politik dan memang iklas.

3. UMNO telah memilih calon yang dianggap terbaik tetapi masih tidak mampu mencabar DSAI. DSAI melaungkan satu kenyataan yang tidak dapat ditepis iaitu kepimpinan BN yang lemah, PM kita yang sentiasa dimaki hamun oleh begitu ramai rakyat. Peralihan kuasa sehingga 2010 yang diumumkan masih tidak direstui oleh kebanyakan pengundi. Saperti keputusan GE12 yang lalu, inilah factor utama yang akan menentukan keputusan pilihanraya kecil Permatang Pauh

4. Isu terbaru Sodomy 2 dan isu-isu kepentingan Melayu yang lain seperti isu ugama forum Bar Council dan UiTM baru-baru ini banyak menghakiskan watak/peribadi/integriti DSAI. Justeru itu, ia boleh membantu mengukuhkan kedudukan calon BN. Sebaliknya, pengundi bukan Melayu dengan dorongan DAP serta human rights groups termasuk PKR akan terpengaruh untuk mengundi DSAI; jelas DSAI tidak dilihat sebagai seorang pejuang Melayu dan ugama.

5. DSAI telah membuat banyak kesilapan baru-baru ini dan beliau mungkin berpendapat pengundi bukan Melayu yang akan menentukan kemenangan beliau.

6. DSAI terus dapat sokongan luar negara dan kali ini kononnya sokongan daripada pihak ulamak Indonesia Gus Dur. Seperti sokongan pentadbiran Amerika Syarikat dan persatuan human rights antarabangsa yang hanya ingin merosakkan ugama Islam, Kerajaan harus terus menegur niat buruk mereka supaya jangan masuk campur tangan di dalam hal negara ini.

Anasir-anasir sesat ini yang memperjuangan pendapat/ pendirian mereka atas asas Universal Human Right Declaration saperti yang dilaungkan RPK patut “dipancong” habis-habisan. Sekiranya tidak, dunia akan menuduh BN sebagai tidak telus melakukan pengundian dan gagal berlaku adil. Ini satu lagi penderhakaan besar DSAI; matlamat beliau hanya mementingkan diri beliau sendiri kerana gila kuasa sehingga sanggup mengadai maruah bangsa, negara dan ugama.

7. Walaupun ramai pundit menjangka DSAI akan menang walaupun tipis tetapi UMNO/ BN patut mengambil kesempatan ini untuk membukti

· bagaimana buruknya perangai peribadi DSAI (termasuk sebagai seorang peliwat seperti yang terbukti di Sodomy 1) dan terbukti dengan pelbagai tipu helah dalam Sodomy 2 termasuk tidak bersumpah laknat.
· tipu helah dan kesilapan ketara beliau (sekarang dan semasa menjadi DPM satu dahulu ( IMF Krisis kewangan 1997) yang tidak mementingkan negara, bangsa dan ugama. Ingat harta negara hampir dirompak oleh perompak bangsa asing dan hak istimewa Melayu juga hampir tergadai.
· Belau merupakan perompak utama negara sebanyak RM3b semasa menjadi DPM. Dengan pelbagai penipuan dan corak politik beliau yang kurang sihat termasuk menggunakan RPK , beliau telah banyak menghura-harakan Negara
· derharka kepada umat Islam melalui pendekatan beliau dengan tokoh-tokoh pentadbiran America Syarikat, sebagai profesor jemputan terhormat di universiti negara itu dan juga sebagai Pengerusi badan UN Foundation of the Future yang dianjorkan dengan berjuta-juta USD dengan matlamat merosakkan penganut umat Islam di Negara-negara Timur Tengah dan Benua Afrika melalui perkembangan program-program reformasi, demokrasi dan liberalisasi ugama Islam. Gus Dur bukanlah ulama negara ini.

Masanya sudah tiba, dalam tempoh singkat ini sebelum pengundi buat keputusan, media utama dan bloggers harus berulangkali dan penuh semangat mencerminkan serta membuktikan dengan terperinci latar belakang DSAI sebagai seorang pemimpin yang tidak boleh dipercayai dan tidak layak menjadi pemimpin negara. Kita tidak harus takut dengan hujah, pendapat dan pendirian bangsat asing yang akan, apa sekalipun terjadi, mengatakan BN telah menggunakan taktik kotor dan tidak telus.

Akhirnya, PM harus bertanggong jawab dengan prestasi BN dan keputusan pilihanraya nanti. PM harus melepas jawatan secepat mungkin, sebaik-baiknya sebelum akhir tahun ini, untuk kepentingan rakyat; lupakanlah sahaja segala kerja yang ingin beliau selesaikan – pengganti beliau bolih meneruskan semuanya.

AN APPEAL & REMINDER TO MUSLIMS: REJECT PRK & DSAI MISUSE OF THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS; ITS PLAIN DEBAUCHERY

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights states as follows:

“Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers. Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association”

I have much disgust the majority of human rights promoters in this country for being irresponsible and deceitful in causing much distress, chaos and hardship to this beloved country of ours;

1 DAP – the Chinese chauvinist party with its Malaysian Malaysia concept; everybody in Malaysia enjoys the same equitable rights. The Malays have rejected and will continue to reject such wishful ideals which rejected the existing Social .Contract and Rule of Law.

2 PKR – the supposedly multi racial party with Ketuanan Rakyat as its slogan. Although most of the Gurka members maybe Malays, the party has a substantial number of Non-Malays (yanadays/ Indians who are lawyers) at its leadership. Like the Malaysian Malaysia concept, the PKR will be rejected by the Malays eventually. The PKR have benefited from the protest votes against the weakling and corrupted PM, not due to PKR’s own merits. With his RM3B and his close association with the US administration, DSAI seemed to have been able to coy his followers. To many, DSAI does not have the leadership character to lead the country; he’s good at talking silly. As he rejected Ketuanan Melayu, he is being used as an icon by the certain Malays to put pressure on PM to resign soonest. PAS has already indicated the rejection of any efforts which will curtail and adversely affect the special rights of the Malaya and of their Religion i.e Islam. I fail to see any future in the Pakatan.

3 The Bar Council (mostly represented by vocal yanadays/ Indians) - and the other human rights groups including certain individual Malays like RPK or who are western/ American trained social/ political scientists who have little respect for the Social Contract and Rule of Law. They look towards the US and UN declaration of human rights as the source of inspiration to remedy what they believe as hindrances to the country’s efficient economic productivity and efficiency in meeting the global challenges i.e the formation of the Malaysian DNA, no Melayu, Chinese or Indians etc.


The Prophet (PUBH)’s last sermon
How then do Muslims conduct their way of life under this period of uncertainty and tribulations where there is so much falsehood, deceit, temptations i.e. the world being up side down? Nay, do not be hypocrites as misled by the Satan; seek guidance from the appropriate channels.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights as stated earlier has a lot of ingredients missing therefore making the declaration most faulty and has become a debauchery for vested and selfish entities particularly the US administration. As an ordinary Muslim, I hold fast to the Prophet (PUBH)’s farewell speech at Mount Arafat as my guidance, instead of the human rights declaration, which I sincerely believe other Muslims will do so too.

Malaysia’s Precedence
We Malaysians live by rules and conduct acceptable to each other; we respect each others religions and not interfere. We have a social contract which our founders readily accepted and we have live fairly peaceful and with prosperity for the past 50 years.

US Unjustified Interferences, actions – what UN human rights declaration?
Why is RPK insistence that the US has the right to intervene in Malaysia’s internal affairs with regard to DSAI sodomy 2 investigations? The US has misused and misguided the human rights declaration for their selfish agenda, over and over again causing much mayhem and plundering. It is frightening that people like RPK and DSAI rely heavily on the US as the world’s biggest economy for their selfish sustenance. If you disagree about US and their associates’ hands are perpetually dirty in misusing human rights declaration, see some of the issues summarised below:

i) The Iraq War – Global influential mass media were utilised to influence the governments of the world and the US public to support the conquest of Iraq under the pretext of removing weapons of mass destruction. Thus the biggest joke of the century when we all know the real objective of the war was to secure the enormous oil resources of Iraq etc. Look at the devastation and loss of innocent lives in Iraq after 4 years of invasion and the toll keeps rising.
ii) Britain, the US main alley in the Iraq war– Tony Blair’s spinning in justification for Britain support for the Iraq war. I would believe that DSAI who has the gift of the gap (double forked tongue) is our equivalent of Tony Blair, a war criminal to many.
iii) The Guatanamo Bay prison camp (Gitmo) and Abu Ghaib prison – what type of human rights exists in these atrocious camps; another big shame/ sham of the US administration?
iv) The continuing internment/ rendition of Muslims within the context of the US global war against terror (read Islam); human rights ke?
v) Afghanistan – what happen there, all in the interest of oil?
vi) Pakistan – consistent interference in the internal security of Pakistan/ Afghanistan?
vii) Presently Geogia conflict with Russia – any US Administration interference re Oil again? Never judge the book by its cover.

There could be a thousand more examples I could relate which demonstrated how the US administration hypocritical actions though mass disinformation making the human rights declaration meaningless.

Now looking at how RPK warrants the use of such universal freedom in producing half truths by hearsay and make up stories in his statutory declarations and postings, we can only suspect the reasons for RPK supporting US interference in our internal affairs. Gosh, what are the US Administration plans for Malaysia under DSAI, I am so horrified of such thoughts. Thus for those who dislike or disapprove RPK’s brash and false methodology in his undivided support of DSAI, there’s no reason to endorse RPK’s boss ie DSAI.

So my fellow Muslim brothers and sisters, if need be think carefully and then cast away your support against the US Administration, DSAI and RPK who have made a debauchery in capitalising on the good intentions of the UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS for their selfish interests. Refer to the Prophet (PUBH)’s Last Sermon; that’s our complete way of Life and hold steadfast.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

After praising and thanking Allah the Prophet (saws) said:
"O People, lend me an attentive ear, for I know not whether after this year I shall ever be amongst you again. Therefore listen to what I am saying very carefully and take these words to those who could not be present here today.

O People, just as you regard this month, this day, this city as Sacred, so regard the life and property of every Muslim as a sacred trust. Return the goods entrusted to you to their rightful owners. Hurt no one so that no one may hurt you. Remember that you will indeed meet your Lord, and that he will indeed reckon your deeds. Allah has forbidden you to take usury (interest), therefore all interest obligations shall henceforth be waived. Your capital is yours to keep. You will neither inflict nor suffer any inequity. Allah has judged that there shall be no interest and that all the interest due to Abbas ibn 'Abd'al Muttalib [the Prophet's uncle] be waived.

Every right arising out of homicide in pre-Islamic days is henceforth waived and the first such right that I waive is that arising from the murder of Rabiah ibn al Harithibn.

O People, the unbelievers indulge in tampering with the calendar in order to make permissible that which Allah forbade, and to forbid that which Allah has made permissible. With Allah the months are twelve in number. Four of them are holy, three of these are successive and one occurs singly between the months of Jumada and Shaban.

Beware of Satan, for the safety of your religion. He has lost all hope of that he will be able to lead you astray in big things, so beware of following him in small things.

O People, it is true that you have certain rights with regard to your women but they also have rights over you. Remember that you have taken them as your wives only under Allah's trust and with His permission. If they abide by your right, then to them belongs the right to be fed and clothed in kindness. Do treat your women well and be kind to them for they are your partners and committed helpers. And it is your right that they do not make friends with anyone of whom you do not approve, as well as never to be unchaste.

O People, listen to me in earnest, worship Allah, say your five daily prayers, fast during the month of Ramadhan, and give your wealth in Zakat. Perform Hajj if you can afford to.

All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over a black nor does a black have any superiority over a white - except by piety and good action. Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly. Do not therefore do injustice to yourselves. Remember one day you will meet Allah and answer your deeds. So beware: do not stray from the path of righteousness after I am gone.

O People, no prophet or apostle will come after me, and no new faith will be born. Reason well, therefore, O People, and understand my words which I convey to you. I leave behind me two things, the Qur'an and my Sunnah and if you follow these you will never go astray.

All those who listen to me shall pass on my words to others and those to others again; and may the last ones understand my words better than those who listen to me directly. Be my witness, O Allah, that I have conveyed Your message to Your people."

My Note: A practicing Muslim should be able to understand, appreciate and endorse the gist of the last Sermon; there’s nothing to be misinterpreted. Non-Muslims however may not figure out what the gist is and so they may likely misinterpret for their own convenience and selfish interests!

THE HERALD: FREEZE THE LISENCE AND BE DONE WITH IT.

I understand the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states as follows:

“Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers. Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association”

That’s where Suhakam comes from and has voiced its grave concern about the Home Ministry withdrawing the Herald’s license because of the editor’s write up on the Permatang Pauh by election; supposedly Suhakam believes the Herald has every right to do so.

I disagree with Suhakam and the other human rights organisations which support the Herald’s recent publication. There is presently too much confusion, musings, frustrations, anxiety etc perpetuated from sensitive communal issues in connection with the Social Contract, the word Allah, Malay Rights and Islamic Issues etc. The court case surrounding the word Allah is being intervened by 8 State Religious Council and yet to be resolved. The Sultans have come out informing the Rakyat not to dwell into sensitive religious issues. Overall, irrespective whether there is any truth, the Muslims are obviously suspicious of certain Non-Muslim groups seen presently attempting to interfere into the affairs of the Muslim religion and race, adversely affecting the status quo.

The Catholic Church, as a religious institution, should be aware of all these sensitiveness. As the Herald is a religious publication, the institution should rightfully focus on Christianity issues rather than dwell on that particular politically sensitive by election of Permatang Pauh. What is so important on this particular political write up compared to the religious messages the Gerald would normally propagate if the publication is jammed? It would be the solemn duty of any religious institution not to entangle in political issues especially so in light of ita ongoing case in court. For sure, even if the regulatory authorities have misread its intention of the “innocent” political write up, blowing up the issue would not be to the interest of fellow Christians.

But if the Catholic Church still insists on its rights to publicise such issue, then for the best interest of the greater community, I would say “Free the License and be done with it”.

There are desperate non-Muslims who still cannot accept the fact that the Muslim protest at the Bar Council’s forum on last Saturday was representative of the majority of the Muslims.

These specific non-Muslims have a specific agenda – to promote Malaysian Malaysia where every Malaysian citizen from the various races and religion are equal in all respects and therefore they disagree on racial based politics. Seeking to create more chaos, these non-Muslims dream that moderate non Muslims should fight back for them because their voices were muzzled.

These non-Muslim views are most irresponsible, are up to nothing but to galvanise false hopes with full of deception and lies, further radicalise society with such sensitive issues. Yes there could be some Muslims who support the forum but definitely do not represent the bulk of the Muslims or so-called moderate Muslims in this country called Malaysia.

Any call by Muslims to support such forums should not be originated by Non-Muslims for the basic reasons that these Non-Muslims do not understand Islam, do not practice Islam thus why they should have such irresponsible thoughts on sensitive issues concerning Muslims? The ulterior motive of these specific non-Muslims having such thoughts speaks for them.

Islam has been brought down as a “way of life” to Muslims for all occasions and times. The perception that the political situation have changed since the past 10 years or since 8 March 2008 is a gross misnomer in respect of the Malay race and their religion. The perceptions that the “moderates will fight back” is irresponsible and can be viewed as an intention to divide Muslims. Who are these so called Muslim moderates? How does one classify them, on the basis of tolerance to other religions? For years, to the general Muslims, they have been most tolerant with the other religions; Muslims don’t interfere in the religions of others. Are moderates considered like Zaid Ibrahim; his balls are locked up for his insolence. Maybe PM - I think by now PM would know better how far his reforms and tolerances have been rejected. DSAI, those of Malaysian Malaysia must be kidding to take this chameleon as their “lord”. Azmin, Wan Azizah- they would be rejected if they do so!

Muslims go to the mosque for prayers every Friday, for special prayers during the fasting months and other special occasions. The Muslims follow and adhere to the prayers and advice of the specially appointed imans during these prayers. Muslims also listen to the special religious programs on TV where there is authorised representation I am sure no authoritative on Islam would dare speak on this special call by non-Muslims without being spite on. For one, most Muslims are aware of the dangers brought forward by western trained or propagated “Islamist’ scholars for their more liberal or tolerant views; these scholars are perceived as agents or bought out by the CIA or US administration who have caused a lot of havoc to the Muslim world including aggravating the disunity among the Muslims. To the Muslims, history has shown that the greatest danger to the Muslims comes from the hypocrites and they are well exemplified in the Quran. So these type of Muslims will be rejected by the others, the bulk whose voices are supposed to be muzzled.

To these Non-Muslims who think they have the authority to decide or deliberate on Islamic perceptions, my advice is to stop. The more these sensitive issues are pressed on, the more volatile and dangerous the situation becomes.

Please be aware, at the last Friday sermon at the mosque I attended to, the Iman called upon the congregation to be aware on the dangers lurking from such forums and other recent actions against the interest of Muslims. What would have happened if the Iman had called the congregation to demonstrate their anger against such insolence? Call the Police for help under the rights of our constitution? Nay, people like Ambiga, Mehrun and of cause LKS and Kapal Singh now want to push the fault back to the protesters although the warnings and signs have been very clear!! BAR COUNCIL AND THEIR KIND WILL NEVER LEARN: SLAP THEM WITH THE ISA

In relation to the Saturday Bar Council Forum which was “beheaded” from the onset.

GAMPANG, BIADAB, SETAN, BANGSAT ….. these are most befitting words for those members in the Bar Council who still insist that “the decision to hold Saturday's forum was right because it was timely and important to address a very problematic issue”.

TWISTED TOUNGUES, BASTARDS, IRRESPONSIBLE……for those who are “arguing that the protest was a reflection of a competition among three Malay-based parties — Pas, Umno and Parti Keadilan Rakyat”

As far as I To am concern, those Malay Muslim leaders from PAS, UMNO and PKR have full support from the bulk of the dominant silent majority. Thus, what’s the point of bring out such perception unless their twisted tongues are unable to accept the truth that their kind of forum and deliberations are never wanted in this country without paying a hefty price; social chaos.

Of Course, the likes of LKS and Malaysian Malaysia will definitely hissed out their despair as they cry seeing their desperate reinstituting Article 121(1A) withering. I have nothing to advice such people because they will never change, they are like that perpetually; our worlds are so far apart.

These people will never learn, will never accept the fact that what they are dwelling are very sensitive issues which disturbs peace of the majority, they insist that the minority rule prevails. Thus I see no other choice that should they still persists with their stubbornness and put to peril the peace and harmony of the country, they should be slapped with the ISA the soonest. The Bar Council should take the necessary recourse to change the President and hard headed human rights members. And of course, the defacto law minister Zaid Ibrahim should immediately tender his resignation.

Lawyer Malik Imtiaz Sarwar who said "For me, the 300 protesters who were outside protesting do not represent the majority Muslims or Islam."

I beg his pardon, has he not learnt yet from the rejection of his proposal for the Interfaith Commission which was “excreted” on by PM and the Muslim community. Who the fxxx does he think he is when even the pro-reform PM has comment his rejection while the populist defacto law minister’s tongue is completely tied up this time round.

To my Sisters in Islam, please understand the Brotherhood of Muslims, under the UMMAH. Perhaps get some revealing and valuable lessons from your fellow Muslims in London vis-à-vis the Islamic fraternity under Yusof Islam who have immense knowledge of such predicaments in UK and elsewhere. Do not be carried away by your worldly ideals and of a small minority interest at the expense of the greater majority. Equality has many dimensions and being human not all of us can see the light which is sacred to the All Omnipotent.

However, to my minority fellow Muslims who refuse to agree with the protest, I refer them to surah Al – Kafirun as a reminder.

Background of Surah
This surah was not revealed to preach religious tolerance as some people of today seem to think, but it was revealed in order to exonerate the Muslims from the disbelievers religion, their rites of worship, and their gods, and to express their total disgust and unconcern with them and to tell them that Islam and kufr (unbelief) had nothing in common and there was no possibility of their being combined and mixed into one entity.
Although it was addressed in the beginning to the disbelieving Quraish in response to their proposals of compromise, yet it is not confined to them only, but having made it a part of the Quran, Allah gave the Muslims the eternal teaching that they should exonerate themselves by word and deed from the creed of kufr wherever and in whatever form it be, and should declare without any reservation that they cannot make any compromise with the disbelievers in the matter of Faith. That is why this Surah continued to be recited when the people to whom it was addressed as a rejoinder, had died and been forgotten, and those Muslims also continued to recite it who were disbelievers at the time it was revealed, and the Muslims still recite it centuries after they have passed away, for expression of disgust with and dissociation from kufr and its rites is a perpetual demand of Faith.

BAR COUNCIL: SO IRRESPONSIBLE - “YOU ASK FOR IT”

Why should the Bar Council wish to organise a forum on a topic considered as extremely sensitive and vocally rejected by the dominant majority race and religion? Perplexing isn’t it, is it to demonstrate a freedom of speech, the care for some who have been adversely affected or to promote greater religious tolerance and understanding?

Potential Dire Consequences.
It was fortunate that the organisers of the forum “Conversion to Islam Article 121 (1A) of the Federal Constitution, Subashini & Shamala Revisited” listened to the Police and forcefully with speed put a stop to the forum before anything unwarranted happened, fearing of coarse a swelling crowd of protesters getting out of control. I would believe if it was not stopped, the building insurers would have suffered, the HKL would be full of out patients, perhaps even the fire brigade would have a field day and wild rumours spreading like fire grinding the nation’s traffic to a halt and citizens staying behind close doors after emptying the supermarkets. A reminisce of May 13 1969!!!

Earlier Warnings
Prior to the forum, a number of top Malay politicians from UMNO and PAS and subsequently from PKR and numerous Malay Muslim NGO’s called for the forum to be abandoned due to its extreme sensitiveness as well as inappropriate for discussion in the open by personalities not officially representative nor authorised experts on the subject matter. Yet the Bar Council played as though they are so smart, not caring of what come may. The Bar Council sounded like an association of responsible citizens but lain cakap lain bikin – the Bar Council and its President were utterly irresponsible, most egoistic, arrogant and degrading of the legal profession of the country.

The Bar Council had earlier organised a forum on social contract which the Malay population rejected. The on going case of the word Allah by the Catholic Church is being monitored with grave concern by the Muslim community. The patience of the Malays and Muslims are being tested to the limits on issues so close to them. Everyone knows how sensitive issues relating to Islam is and yet in the west with their acute liberal and democratic beliefs, these Europeans care not about the belittling the Prophet antagonising Muslims world wide. The said topic of the forum, although not belittling the Prophet or Islam, is enough to anger the local Muslims. Malays could be an unpredictable race when they feel insulted above the limits and we can wonder why the word “amok” in the English language originated from the Malay language.

My earlier postings drew concern about a number of issues affecting Malay special rights and Islam which are being challenged directly and indirectly by the non Malay and non Muslim communities post GE 12 and the promise of certain reforms and tolerances promoted by PM and his corrupt defacto law minister, Zaid Ibrahim. Restitution to the original version of Article 121 (1A) was supposed to table in Parliament at its last session but fortunately there were stiff resistance and Zaid Ibrahim had to walk with the tail between his legs. There are other issues concerning the Islamic religion such as conversions and burial rights which are also igniting the frustrations of the Muslims, the serenity of the Malay Muslims are already being undermined.

Death of Resituating Article 121 (1A)
With this solid unity expressed by top politicians, political parties and NGO representing the Malay Muslim community, this proposed restitution of Article 121 to its original form looks to be perpetually deferred. I wish now to convey my preliminary condolences to LKS and Kapal Singh and of course the Malaysian Malaysia and the human rights groups for their long prized dream being shattered. Similarly, my expression of condolences to the mislead PM and Zaid Ibrahim as well as and the other black sheep among the Malays and Muslims.

Advice to Black Sheep
There are some Muslims (whom I call the black sheep) who have foolish perceptions such as “They (the protestors) make assumptions. For those of us who are mature and educated, we can think for ourselves. But not everyone who came today are educated. So they become very emotional because of this sensitive issue."

Such view was expressed by loner Mohd Nazari Ahmad – I have only this little advice to Nazari; what he said speaks of his stature and for such type of “mature and educated” Muslims – go to the proper Islamic religious councils for advice and apprecoate the word “submission”, seek and improve his Islamic knowledge by various means, insh’allah Allah will give them guidance. Nazari should realise that his perception seemed awkward when local Muslim leaders, more matured, experienced and from various ideological differences from within his beloved country are united in this stand; an common expression of the anger of the UMMAH. If Nazari is so confident of his perception, this much is the word from Allah “What he thinks he knows is just a little drop of the mighty ocean!”

The Bar Council and their likes would also say others are mere politicking as they put the blame elsewhere; I would give a damned about narrow perceptions, I am more concern of the peace and stability of this country. Such forum only allows opportunists to create havoc and the opportunist do not come from the organisers but unexplained intrusions, so again the Bar Council members are considered very irresponsible for creating such a potentially explosive situation.

PM and the Scumbags

Bar Council Press Statement issued prior to the Forum
“Although the Bar Council is heartened by the PM's recently-reported statements calling for more interfaith dialogues to be held in order to promote and ensure religious harmony among Malaysians of diverse beliefs and we welcome his assurance that there is space for such dialogues……..”
These statements that claim the forum will create misunderstanding, anger and tension, are in stark contrast with the PM's assurances”

In her opening speech, Bar Council president Datuk Ambiga Sreenevasan invited the protesters to join the forum and share their dissenting views.
"I'm aware this forum has drawn many criticisms from many quarters. I don't have a problem with criticism... there are demonstrators outside, you can hear them," she said.
"We have absolutely no quarrel with them. They are exercising their freedom of speech. We hope they'll be allowed to carry out their demonstration peacefully. We're certainly not lodging any police report."

What would make the Bar Council headed by its President changed their view. Nothing, I presume, except if Molotov cocktails were thrown at them! Arrogance, deceitful and selfish bastards these scumbags are! How could members of the Bar Council appoint such irresponsible brats in their Executive Committee? It’s a sham, a real big disaster for the legal profession.

And we must not forget the role of PM and Zaid Ibrahim that make such “educated” personalities including prominent political non Muslims overjoyed with their liberal and tolerant proposals. Sickest scumbags – that’s my perception of the weakling PM and the scrupulous SIL and Zaid Ibrahim in their pursuit of agenda of populist and liberal reforms while they forget their roots. The advocating of liberal reforms is the root cause of the problem; those who thinks Malaysians are a mature lot on such issues are kidding themselves. There are some who says that the situation is not the same 10 years ago; that opinion or perception is pure BULLSHIT.

Forewarnings

The Muslim protestors have already given ample warnings that such forums should not be organised in the open otherwise there could be end of times. I fully support such warnings as well as the call to revamp the Bar Council Executive Council; remove all those scumbags especially Datuk Ambiga and those responsible in holding such forums. I trust the Bar Council members should know their responsibilities and take the appropriate actions.

So Datuk Ambiga, you are indeed irresponsible and you almost had blood in your hands. Best for you to quit the presidency and leave the country if you are not happy; don’t make the majority miserable even if they don’t belong to the same race and religion as you. We have had enough of you and your irresponsible kind and You Asked For It; GET LOST.

THE TIME IS ALMOST UP FOR DSAI.

Anybody with experience going to specialists’ doctors for examination would know the difference; the GP’s medical expertise and check up is limited. Those who watch CSI would already sense the difference – the details required. More so when one needs to get a medical report for certain additional purposes say a legal suit or for lodging a police complain whereby the report has to be most extensive and credible to stand in court. I assisted someone recently at HKL and it was a long and detail process. I recently helped my daughter with one at HKL; it was a long and detail process.

RPK has been threading on very dangerous grounds, putting his reputation (as well as bloggers) to rock bottom after his “fiasco” in the statutory declarations, video confession and now this; he interpreted the medical notes as if he was there well versed in sodomy examination. Going through some of his articles in Malaysia To-day, he appears so desperate, vindictive, vulgar, uncanny in twisting facts and realities, very much like the character of ‘the Joker” in the Batman latest movie; he really sucks.

Let us be patient and let the Police do their job. Do not press them; in fact the protraction of the police investigation (due to not leaving any stones uncovered), has already demonstrated that DSAI has not changed a wee bit as well as the changing colours of those who believe or don’t believe that the sodomy could have taken place.

Certain important people, because of their vested interest (not national interest) are impatient and have already “pre-ejaculated” before reaching the climax (completion of police investigation). They desperately sought using the American way of justice – trial by media just based on a GP medical notes making these so called political intellectuals look so damn stupid; Ambiga, LKS, Kapal Singh, the Man himself and his wife as well as a host of his ardent (PKR) worshippers including RPK. Of course there are the representatives of the Dajjal (US administration and UN bodies like the IMF and World Bank) just smiling, waiting for the opportunity to pounce again. Such a pity for some of these people, telling the Ministers and others to refrain from making “prejudice” statements so as to let the police do their job while boasting about respecting the rule of law but they themselves “pre-ejaculate” as they shit at the fan in wanting to justify a people’s court.

An interesting development was the disclosure that DSAI and Dr Osman Hamid are known to each other since RISEAP (Regional Islamic Da'wah Council of South East Asia and the Pacific (RISEAP) days. Is this the link to the release of the Pusrawi medical notes made public and fabricated by RPK for his hearsay ecstasies to save his boss who has been “condemn” never to become PM of this country?

If Dr Osman is found guilty of professional misconduct in releasing the said medical note, he should be eventually sent back to Burma. It reminded me of my early days in the bank when once I was very sick and went to see a doctor under the bank’s panel which was a few doors away from the office. Upon examination after hearing my complaints, the doctor gave me some medicine. I asked for a day off and instead of being compassionate and understanding, the doctor, a GP locum from India, scolded me and refused to give me a medical leave. I went back to office and excuse myself without the MC. That night it was hell for me, my body was burning hot and red spots appeared all over my body; I was screaming in pain as though death was approaching. The next morning, I went to see my family doctor and he requested that I go to a specialist hospital. So I did and was diagnosed and admitted for measles. I was then in my early 30’s. I wrote a nasty letter to the clinic and soon the principal doctor called me up at home apologising. Soon thereafter the locum doctor called up and asked for forgiveness otherwise he would be sacked. I didn’t give a damned. Later I was told by my office that he was quite a drinker.

DSAI must be panting, having run around some parts of the country to defend himself against the charge by Saiful. It’s a pity but then DSAI took upon himself in denying the integrity of the local institutions while not cooperating in the police investigations. The Rakyat is able to judge for themselves every of DSAI’s actions and commentaries on his constant denials. DSAI also must be aware that his time is almost up and that the Police and the AG’s office must be ready to come out with the charges and arrest him soon enough.

In the previous case, evidence was clear the derogatory sexual act was his way of life but insufficient to charge him on technical grounds. Should the Police subsequently precede to an arrest the Man for a new sodomy charge, I am sure there would be a mob protecting him. What if the Man doesn’t want to give himself up to be arrested? For sure, the Man wants to make a small issue big in attracting much public including foreign media attention crying wolf as usual, will our men in blue be allowed do the job in balaclavas or should we call in the Army with their armoured personnel carriers, tanks and machine gun to do a quick and clean sweep? A new charge on a sin so cursed in our Quran doesn’t necessitate giving the Man the respect he deserves!

RISK MANAGEMENT: DON’T DISSOLVE PAS AND UMNO; IT”S HERESY!!!!

1. PAS and UMNO, two prominent Malay Muslim parties with some minor difference in acumen, should NOT be dissolved to be eventually merged into one new party.

2. Although an ardent supporter of UMNO/ BN, I always have high respect for PAS as an opposition party; PAS serves to check on UMNO in respect of the Malay race and Islam. Inversely UMNO could play a similar role. This is simply a risk management already in place for the UMMAH. We will loose the check and balance if the merger is effected.

We are seeing today how a weak and incompetent leader, not wanted by the masses, is playing money politics, divide and rule, nepotism and cronyism, political corruption and falsehood to stay in power. If this destructive root is not decimated soon, the UMMAH will be continually weakened.

The thought of a merger between PAS and UMNO is like heresy to me; a potentially much larger danger lurks in the long term. It is happening in UMNO and it could also happen under a merged entity. The existing external system of check and balance (of two seperate parties) is crucial to safeguard the interest of the UMMAH.

3. In safeguarding race and religion, the form should not take precedence over substance; although the party provides a collective means to achieve certain objectives. In Islam as our way of life, we are each directly responsible for our individual deeds and sins to be judged eternally in the Hereafter; no one, nobody or party intercedes on behalf for our sins. In this temporary abode called Malaysia, each of us has our duties and responsibilities to our religion, our UMMAH and non-Muslims.

4. In the event of threats to our race and believes, as Malays and as Muslims, we must collectively and individually come to the defence. In this era of the Dajjal (as the world system under direct and indirect hegemony of the US and UN), the world order has become upside down, with full of deceit, lies, fabrication, chaos, lust for worldly gains and desires/ pleasures (unlimited freedom) etc which we sometimes forget, tricked and slipped due to the thin thread separating falsehood and truth.

Thus, let us keep focus on the present main threats to our UMMAH and righteously we must take on:
· PM – he is directly responsible for much of the problems facing the unity of the UMMAH. He has, as his endeavours liberal and democratic reforms which will result in much damage to our race and religion, especially so if unchecked. As a first step towards peace and stability in our country, he has to go.

· DSAI – the protégé of the Dajjal. A sodomite cannot become a leader of the UMMAH. Allah forbids! DSAI has created much chaos in this beloved country with his deceits.

· The DAP, the chauvinist party promoting Malaysian Malaysia with its dire ambitions to create a new DNA based on the principles of the Dajjal- the human rights principles of the UN and US – everybody is equal without borders.

How can the UMMAH accept the DAP which welcomed the US and western powers unwavering support of DSAI. To the US and UN, sodomy re homosexuality is permitted as a “right of privacy” while we Muslims condemn the derogatory act. In Malaysia, the penalty is a maximum 20 years while Allah’s punishment is unforgivable and eternity; the Federal Court of Appeal has evidence that indeed DSAI has committed those acts while the DAP and their allies refused to acknowledge such evidence in their quest for worldly gains.

· The Bar Council and the other human rights activists, some of them Muslims are like their Dajjal protégé being visiting professors to US universities, are adamant to change Malaysia’s rule of law.

· Last but not least, the representatives of the US and UN bodies with the influential foreign press media.


UMNO and PAS are duty bound to collaborate in confronting the many challenges and threats facing the race and religion of the Malays. Keep focus in taking PM and DSAI out of the Malaysian political equation and not be carried away with the unbeneficial talks regarding a merger.

THE WORD ALLAH PART 8 – ENTERS MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM MELAKA

It has been reported in the newspapers (Utusan Malaysia 24 July 2004) that on 23 July 2008 that Majlis Agama Islam Melaka (MAIM) has put in its application to intervene in this case. MAIM becomes the 7th Islamic religious council to join in the fray.

MAIM’s application was filed in by its solicitors, Messrs Tetuan Adil & Co. supported by an affidavit by its Secretary.

LANJUTKAN PERBINCANGAN UMNO-PAS TANPA PM.

1. Politik perkauman (racial based politics) yang dipraktikkan di Negara selama ini telah berjaya membawa Negara ke kemuncak kemewahan dalam suasana aman dan sejahtera. UMNO dengan Ketuanan Melayu telah berjaya membimbing kerajaan di bawah Barisan Nasional di mana parti-parti utamanya diwakili kaum-kaum mereka sendiri di dalam satu perkongsian kuasa yang berlandaskan undang-undang yang sudah diterima (accepted rule of law) dan berasaskan penerimaan Kontrak Sosial yang sedia ada.


2. Olih kerana “kebijaksanaan” PM, melalui banyak protest vote terhadap PM, BN telah kehilangan kuasa di mana 5 negeri dan WPKL telah jatuh ke tangan pembangkang dan majoriti di parlimen kurang daripada 2/3. Justeru di negeri-negeri di bawah pentadbiran Pakatan Rakyat, DAP dengan slogan “Malaysian Malaysia” dan PKR dengan “Kedaulatan Rakyat” mencabar hak-hak istimewa Melayu di bawah Dasar Ekonomi Baru dan kebebasan ugama lain juga diutamakan. Pihak PKR dan DAP juga disokong oleh mereka yang menyokong prinsip-prinsip hak asasi manusia yang kononnya mengikut landasan Bangsa-Bangsa Bersatu (yang mengikut telunjuk Amerika Syarikat dan kuasa-kuasa barat) seperti Majlis Peguam Malaysia dan juga mereka yang berfahaman sosialis yang radikal. Kerana kelemahan pentadbiran PM, keadaan politik, sosial dan ekonomi Negara amat tidak stabil, tonggang terbalik sehingga pelabur asing pun lari daripada Malaysia. Nota: pelabur asing melabur di Malaysia selama ini kerana politiknya yang stabil.

3. Sekiranya PAS dan UMNO dapat berkerjasama di negeri-negeri di bawah Pakatan Rakyat dalam isu-isu yang berkenaan, ia merupakan seperti keadaan politik dipulih sedia ada sebelum GE12 dimana Ketuanan Melayu diutamakan dan pada hakikatnya politik perkauman kembali berkauasa. Olih yang demikian, tiada sebab rakyat bukan Melayu atau penganut bukan Islam harus takut atau was-was dengan perpaduan Melayu dan Islam yang sedang dibicarakan antara UMNO dan PAS. Yang utama, keamanan dan kestabilan politik akan pulih kembali dan ekonomi sedia diperkukuhkan.

4. Tapi ada masaalah besar – PM tidak sepatutnya mengetuai pihak UMNO di dalam perbincangan tersebut kerana beliau berkepentingan; perkara ini tidak perlu kalau tidak kerana kesilapan dan kelemahan kepimpinan beliau yang amat ketara. PM (dan anak menantunya) tidak harus masuk campur dan beri laluan kepada pemimpin-pemimpin lain untuk mengendali bagi pihak UMNO; muzakarah ini juga bukan daripada ilham PM. Ikutlah contoh PAS di mana Pengerusinya Nik Aziz tidak termasuk bersama di dalam perbincangan tersebut. Juga sekiranya PM terus berkuasa, menafaat daripada kerjasama ini akn kurang berkesan.

THE CASE AGAINST FOREIGN INTERFERENCES IN DSAI”S SODOMY INVESTIGATIONS.

Please do not expect foreign interference in supporting DSAI to listen to our local view, we can shout and scream like in Hell Boy 2 but these foreign buggers would never listen. Even if anyone is able to produce an original video with pictures and sounds showing DSAI buggering, they won’t care a shit for the following reasons:

1 DSAI is their stooge and they have invested heavily on him to do their dirty work vis- a-vis to spread their propaganda and falsehood to the Muslim world in the name of greater freedom and liberty. He has been groomed to be the likes of the Kemal Ataturk, to bring secularism etc in decaying Islamic revivalism worldwide. This is his lead role as Chairman of the Foundation of the Future and in association with the US administration – promoting liberal Islam?

2 Since 1994 the United Nations Human Rights Committee has also ruled that such laws violated the right to privacy guaranteed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. Most international human rights organizations, such as Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International, condemn laws that make homosexual relations between consenting adults a crime.

Thus international human rights groups can expect their local affiliates and associates to fully support against the rule of law in Malaysia which stipulates a maximum 20 year sentence on sodomy. Likewise the organisations linked to the UN and US like the World Bank and the IMF which have also in their agenda to barbarically rape our nation’s wealth.\.

So the clear link of the Bar Council in this matter and the human rights vocalism from the Opposition parties as well as certain NGOs in the country. Have we heard the Opposition and such local human rights groups commenting adversely on such interference? They seem to have almost forgotten about Allah’s decrees, commandments, warnings and punishment on sodomy/ homosexuality as told in the Qur’an in the story of Prophet Lot. God forgive me but it is apparent these people have SOLD THEIR SOULS TO THE DEVIL for worldly gains and falsehood and yet they refuse to deny or even sense it;

3 On June 26, 2003, the US Supreme Court in a 6-3 decision struck down the Texas same-sex sodomy law, ruling that this private sexual conduct is protected by the liberty rights implicit in the due process clause of the United States Constitution. (See Lawrence v. Texas.). Thus the US’ rule of law and ours are different and the US always believes that theirs is superior to Allah’s and don’t give a damn about ours; their despicable action speaks louder than words.

Such disgusting firm support from Paul Martin, ex-World Bank chief James Wolfensohn, and Michel Camdessus, the former head of the International Monetary Fund are only but expected. Similarly US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice when she clearly poked in her ugly nose in rejecting and claiming that DSAI’s sodomy case is not an internal affair of our beloved country Malaysia – a crime being investigated under Malaysian jurisdiction by a Malaysian citizen; is this not an irrational and unprejudiced statement or treachery of the Malaysian Opposition for not being disquiet?

4 And what of foreign supposedly renowned Muslim scholars who have come forth supporting DSAI? What’s so big special about them when there are those among them who might not be aware of the real/ full story or under the payroll of the US State Department or even practicing liberalism rejected by fundamentalist Islam re Kemal Ataturk style as in Turkey where sodomy has been legal for years and where in Istambul thrives a small but active society of homosexuals.

We have to be steadfast and patient for Patience is half of Faith and the Truth will definitely prevail while we let the Malaysian Police proceed with their investigation; we must continue voicing and rejecting these alien interferences.

The more the foreign buggers interfere, the more the Rakyat especially the Muslims and true Malaysians will reject them and DSAI’s predicament will be buggered up and compromised. Such precedence can be seen when the Americans and their associates have and are still interfering in the affairs of the locals and the locals rejected them re Vietnam, Iraq, Iran, Saudi Arabia, other middle east counties and many other countries say in the war on terror, the traitorous invasion of innocent Iraq and Afghanistan etc.

Those who think Allah stays up afar in Heaven and has abandon mankind while these transgressors and disbelievers do sin and mischief in this world will be up for a big devastative and humiliating surprise, Insha’allah.

HAVE WE CONVINIENTLY FORGOTTEN ALLAH’S WARNING, DECREE AND COMMANDMENT IN THE STORY OF LOT?

I sometimes wonder with amazement - DSAI’s sodomy investigation seemed to have been treated lightly while the Opposition members could still regard him as a PM-in-waiting irrespective of the decision of that Federal Court of Appeal in 2004 were had been convinced, from evidence presented, that he was involved in homosexual actives.

It then bothers me that the wife of PKR’s right hand man had been proven sexual relations with DSAI via DNA evidence. It further bothers me that Azmin Ali and DSAI’s wife as head of the opposition coalition, the Pakatan Rakyat, should be aware of DSAI acute repugnant sexual behaviour and yet they both robustly support DSAI’s political ambitions to lead our Muslim nation. Then there are some supposedly staunch Muslims amongst the Opposition and members of the public who accuse the Government of political conspiracy, they seemed to care little about his already established sexual background, rather they would insist on eye witness proof of such wrong doing or a verdict from a criminal court.

While there could be several reasons for such support for DSAI against his sodomy investigation notably under the pretext of the human rights’ slogan of “rights to privacy”. I had to convince myself of my conservatism with regard to sodomy I have been upholding; as I remember I was taught never use the “back hole” way, otherwise Allah never be forgive me. I took time and look out for published articles by reputable Muslim scholars on what Allah has prescribed regarding the sin called sodomy re homosexuality.

Among my books, I found one on “Stories of the Prophets” by Imam Imaduddin Abul-Fida Ismail Ibn Kathir Ad-Damishqi 700-774 H, published by Darussalam, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Rendered by Rashad Ahmad Azami.

In sharing a reminder to my Muslim brothers and sisters on the sin called sodomy and homosexuality, I set out extracts from the said book which gives a very clear insight

1. Chapter 7 – The Story of LOT (PBUH)

Prophet Lot was the nephew of the Prophet Abraham (PBUH),

Lot went to the city of Sodom after Abraham had asked him to do so. It was the main city of the region with suburbs and satellite villages. Its people were the most immoral and insolent nature. They practised homosexuality first ever in human history.

Lot called them to heed Allah’s Command and to worship Him Alone and forbade them from this unnatural practice and abhorring act. But they ignored and rejected Lot’s appeal and continued in their erroneous indecency. As a result, Allah destroyed them by a severe punishment.

Allah says in Surat Al-A’raf:
“And (We sent) Lot, when he said to his people: ‘Do you commit such indecency as never any being in all the world has committed before you? You indeed approach men lustfully instead of women; indeed you are a people who are transgressors.’ And the only answer his people gave was they said ‘Expel them out of your town; surely they are a people who want to be pure’. So We rescued him and his family, except his wife, she was one of those who were destroyed. And We rained upon them a rain, then behold how was the end of the sinners” (7:80-84)

He also says in Surat Hud:
“Our angels came to Abraham with glad tidings. They said: ‘Peace’. He said ‘Peace’ and soon he brought a roasted calf. When he saw their hands not extending towards the meal, he deemed it strange and felt afraid of them. They said: ‘Fear not! We have been sent to the people of Lot’. And his wife was standing by and she laughed, then we gave her glad tidings of Isaac, and from him of Jacob. She said: ‘What wonder! How shall I bear a child now that I am an old woman and my husband is an old man? That would indeed be an unusual thing. (11:69-72)

“They said: ‘Do you wonder at Allah’s Decree? The Mercy of Allah and His blessings be upon you O family of Abraham!’ Surely He is Worthy of all praise and Full of all glory. So when the fear had passed from the mind of Abraham, and glad tidings came to him, he began to plead with Us for the people of Lot, Surely, Abraham was forbearing, compassionate, penitent. ‘O Abraham! Relinquish this, the Decree of your Lord has gone forth, and surely, there is coming a chastisement upon them which cannot be turned back;” (11.73-76)

“And when Our angels came to Lot, he was aggrieved and felt unable to protect them, and he said: ‘This is a distressful day.’ And his people came to him, rushing towards them, and they were accustomed to shameful deeds. He said: ‘O my people! Here are my daughters; they are purer for you (if you marry them). So fear Allah and do not disgrace me about my guests. Is there not a single man among you right minded?’ They said: We know that we have no desire towards your daughters, and you know what we desire.’ He said: ‘Would that I had the power to set you right, or I could find some strong support for refuge’.” (11:77-80)

“The angels said: ‘O Lot! We are messengers of your Lord; by no means shall they reach you. So depart from here with your family, late in the night and let not anyone of you turn around, except your wife, surely, what befalls them will befall her. Morning is their appointed time (for their destruction), is not the morning almost nigh?!’ When Our Command came to pass, We turned the habitation upside down, and rained upon them brimstones, hard as baked clay, layer on layer. Each one assigned from your Lord, and never from evildoers.”

And Allah said in Surat Al-Hijr:
“And inform them about the guests of Abraham, when they entered before him and said: Peace’. He said: We feel afraid of you.’ They said: Fear not, we give you glad tidings of a knowledgeable son.’ He said: ‘Do you give me glad tidings after my old age? What glad tidings is this?’ They said: ‘we gave you glad tidings in truth, so do not be among those who despair.’ He said: ‘And who despairs of the Mercy of His Lord except those who have gone astray?’ Abraham said: ‘What concern has brought you here, O you messengers?’ They said: ‘We are sent to a sinful people, except the followers of Lot, we shall certainly save them all. Except his wife, it has been decreed that she shall be of those who stay behind’.”

“And when the messengers came to the followers of Lot, he said: ‘You are a people not known to me!’ They said: ‘We have come to accomplish that which they dispute. And we have come to you with the Truth, and most certainly we speak truly. So depart with your family in the late hours of the night, and you follow behind them, and let not anyone look back, and go to where you are commanded.’ And We decreed him this command that the last remnant of those should be destroyed in the morning.” (15:61-66)

“And the people of the city came in joy. Lot said: ‘These are my guests, do not disgrace me. And fear Allah, and do not put me to shame.’ They said: ‘Have we not forbidden you to plead for the people?’ He said: ‘There are my daughters (to marry), if you are intent.’ By your life (O ProphetI! They wander blindly I their intoxication. And the thunderous Cry seized them at sunrise, and We turned it upside down, and rained upon them brimstones of baked clay. Surely, in this are signs for those who reflect upon events. And the city is right on a high-road. And surely there is a sign in this for those who believe.” (15:67-77)

And it is said in Surat Ash-Shu’ara:

“The people of Lot disbelieved the Messengers, when their brother Lot said to them: ‘Will you fear Allah? I am for you a faithful Messenger. So fear Allah and obey me. And I do not ask you any reward for it, surely my reward is only with the Lord of the worlds. Of all the creatures in the world, do you approach males? And leave those whom Allah has created for you as your mates? But you are a transgressing people.’ They said: ‘O Lot! If you do not desist, you shall surely be expelled.’ He said: I surely detest what you do’.” (26.160-168)

“My Lord! Rescue me and my family from what they are doing.’ So We rescued him and his family all together, except an old woman who was among those who stayed behind. Then We destroyed the others. And we rained upon them a rain, and evil was the rain of those were warned. Surely, there is a sign in this, but most of them are not believers. Indeed, your Lord is the All-Mighty, the All Merciful.” (26:169-175)

The story in Surat An-Naml is in these words:
“And Lot when he said to his people: Do you commit abomination while you are aware? Do you approach men rather than women? But you are a most ignorant people.’ The only answer his people gave was: ‘Expel the family of Lot from your town; they are people clean and pure!’ So we rescued him and his family, except his wife, We ordained that she should be of those who stayed behind. And we rained down on them a rain, and evil indeed was the rain of those who were warned.” (27:54-58)

The Qur’an talks about his people further in Surat Al-‘Ankbut:
“And Lot when he sad to his people: ‘Indeed, you commit such abomination as none have ever committed before of the worlds, And you approach males, and cut off the highway, and you practise indecency even in your assemblies.’ But the answer of his people was: Bring upon us the chastisement of God, if you are truthful!’ He said: ‘My Lord! Help me against these corrupters.’ And when Our messengers came to Abraham with glad tidings, they said: ‘We are to destroy the people of this town, sure, they are evildoers’.” (29:28-31)

“He said ‘But Lot is therein.’ They said: ‘We are well aware of who is there, we shall save him and his family, she shall be of those who stay behind.’ And when Our messengers came to Lot, he was aggrieved and felt powerless on their behalf, but they said: ‘Do not fear nor grieve, we shall save you and your family, except your wife, she shall be of those who shall stay behind. We shall bring down upon the people in this town torment from the sky for the wickedness.’ And we have left a clear sign of it for people who possess understanding.” (29:32-35)

And it said in Surat As-Saffat:

‘And Lot was also one of the Messengers, when we rescued him and his family all together except an old woman who was among those left behind. Then We destroyed the others. And indeed you pass by the day, and by night, will you not understand?!” (37:133-138)


In Surat Adh-Dhariyat, the Qur’an says about them:
“He said: ‘On what matter have you been sent? They said: ‘We have been sent to a sinning people. So We can send down upon them stones of clay, marked by your Lord for the wanton.’ Then we evacuated the believers whom were therein, but We not therein any but one Muslim household. And We left therein a sign for those who fear a painful chastisement.” (51:31-37)

And lastly, it is said in Surat Al-Qamar
“The people of Lot rejected the warning. Surely, We sent against them a storm of stones, except the family of Lot, We saved them at early dawn, as a blessing from Us. Thus do We reward those who are thankful. And he warned them of Our punishment, but they disputed the warnings. And they even sought to make proper advances towards his guests, but We blinded their eyes. So taste My punishment and My warnings. And indeed, an abiding chastisement seized them by the morning. So taste My punishment and My warnings! And We have indeed made the Qur’an easy to understand. Is there any who will receive admonition?!” (54: 33-46)


2. The Punishment
Some scholars hold the opinion that homosexual should be stoned, whether he was married or not. This is also the opinion of Iman Shafi’i and others.

They also supported their opinion with the Hadith narrated by Imam Ahmad from Ibn’ Abbas that the Prophet (PHUH) said:

“WHOEVER YOU FIND COMMITTING THE ACT OF THE PEOPLE OF LOT, THEN YOU SHOULD KILL THEM BOTH, THE ONE WHO DID IT AND THE ONE WITH WHOM HE DID IT (BALIGH Al-MARDAM).

The opinion of Abu Hanafiah is that whoever practiced it, should be thrown from top of a hill, and then to be stoned, as Allah said “And never far from the evildoers.’ (11:83).

3. Malaysia a free and liberal Society
Malaysia has indeed advanced and developed well among the Muslim countries. The bulk of its population are considered religiously conservative, however the advance of technology in particular the media and internet accessibility threatens it. The latest movies and TV programmes, especially those sourced from Hollywood displays much lewdness and vulgarity. The internet gives easy access to phonographic materials and triple X movies which blatantly promotes anal sex.

Most international human rights organizations, such as Human Rights Watch and Amnesty also ruled that such laws against homosexuality/ sodomy violated the right to privacy guaranteed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights International, condemn laws that make homosexual relations between consenting adults a crime. In US, the world’s greatest proponent of freedom and liberty rules that private sexual conduct is protected by the liberty rights implicit in the due process clause of the United States Constitution. The laws in most US states relating to homosexuality are no longer enforced, or were very selectively enforced.

Thus while the influence of this international “right to privacy” permeates into our political and social structure, some of local population forget while others capitalizes for worldly gains in the DSAI sodomy issue, parroting the west.

To me, the issue of sodomy re homosexuality should never be taken lightly lest we forget the story of Lot and Allah’s many warning, decrees and commandments to us. So unforgivable is this sin that no one practising such derogatory sexual act can ever be a leader of a Muslim nation; the “right of privacy” has no relevance or the outcome of this second case to convict since DSAI has already been proven to have practiced sodomy / homosexual activities both overseas and locally. DSAI can say this is not 1998 but Allah has spoken so clearly in the numerous Surahs and Allah knows best.
