The proposed Independent Commission for the Judiciary will compete with the powers of the Raja and PM (“Suruhanjaya Saingi Kuasa Raja dan PM”)

I had a look at Datuk Kadir Jasin’s posting on the above subject matter and I posted my comments as follows:

Facts and near facts/ pertinent questions

1. What’s the purpose of setting up an independent judiciary commission?

Probable answer

Because PM wants to fulfill his promises of populist reforms to get general public support to stay longer in office while at same time extract vengeance on TDM; all in the name of greater justice and the love of the 1st family. He did so while discarding UMNO members’ strong reservations.

2. What was wrong with the existing system?

Probable answer:

Nothing; miscalculating the apparent ‘misuse’ of power by TDM in the 20 year old buried case of Tun Salleh Abas. And when the truth and shit resurfaced, PM’s plans backfired and the Government wouldn’t apologize. To pursue the Tun Saleh Abas further, PM would encourage inter alia the wrath of the Council of Rulers. Thus badly advised again, PM and the so called Justice Minister had to walk with their tails between their legs. Of cause the son, son in law and the 4th floor advisers had to bury their big heads into the shit holes while exposing their big fat buttocks to be kicked like their good friends in the zoo, the ostrich.

3. Who are the likely ‘winners’ if such commission is set up?

Probable answer

a) The PM in having his preferred people selected and appointed into the commission who would assist in covering up the faults and plunders of the 1st Family

b) The Opposition especially the DAP who have no love for the Melayu under pretext of Malaysian Malaysia

c) The Bar Council who foolishly believe that such action is necessary to bring back investors into our country

d) Those to be selected and appointed from the public who may have conflict of interest. They will soon find out what it would be like to be ‘tigers without fangs’.

4. Who are the likely losers if the commission is set up?

Probable answer

a) The Rakyat because the existing system had historically proven to be workable

b) The Council of Rulers and the next Chief Executive (PM would have left leaving all the shit and mess behind) who will see their powers diminished and the Government may not be functioning as efficiently. The majority of members of Council of Rulers recognize that part their power has been unnecessarily curtailed.

c) Those in the fraternity who aught to have the right to select and recommend among themselves who to take up those positions.

d) The Government in sponsoring an event to honor Tun Saleh Abas and all the unnecessary back payments.

e) The PM who will be known in our history as the Jack Ass in defying the interest of the Nation for betterment of the 1st Family

5. Additional considerations:

a) In comparison to the 1st Family, the Sultans of Perlis, Trengganu and Perak have recently demonstrated they are able to act in the best interest of the Rakyat.

b) In hiding the rot within Scomi where the son-in-law of Tun Salleh is the CEO of Scomi while his son is the major shareholder, PM had acted with prejudice and great injustice

So Datuk, I sincerely agree with you all the way. PM and the 4th Floor boys are consistently too desperate, short sighted and politically immature to understand the ramifications of their personal selfish actions. Any bad intentions preceding any action will bring adverse repercussions

Whacky,

PM and the 4th Floor boys are consistently too desperate, short sighted and politically immature to understand the ramifications of their personal selfish actions. Any bad intentions preceding any action will bring adverse repercussions

Question:
The ramifications? Adverse repercussion? - What are those?
Seems like PM&D4F are - how shall I put it? - getting away with it.
Too desperate? Is PM going to have a heart attack soon?
